80%.......YUPP looks like Riot still doesn't understand the concept of "balanced"....Granted the term balanced is relative to the number of viable ways to build her. 700AP 2600 HP Leona with a Lichbane...YEAH they (enemy team) be ****ed. Considering the range it (her ulti) seems to have. Not to mention the rtard combo u can do Eclipse+Zenith (hits the squishie carry last) Shield Bash Stun+Ulti+Eclipse explodes. THEY DEAD....I can see why they decided not to let her proc her own passive that'd be OP with Lichbane proc amiright?
Sokay though she seems like she'll be fun. Considering Riot forwent the standard Pam Anderson "mountains of mayhem" bust size it seems like they might have actually created a solid well rounded champion...How she can effectively tank/nuke/ dare I say MOVE in high heals is the OP thing. She should get some sort of slow debuff when moving through "muddy" terrain...Phreak said it himself she is highly mobile SUCH A MYSTERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just because she deals a lot of magic damage doesn't necessarily mean she's an AP tank~~
A lot of abilities are conducive to building her like an AD offtank or like a tanky DPS because of how much CC, defense, and mobility she has.
