It shows I'm getting 9% from masteries and 30% from items....I don't have any CDR runes on the rune page, so it should only be 39%. Look at it for what it is: as a guide for AP Soraka (as much as you may hate it), is it good? I don't care about a comparison to support Soraka, if that's your argument for why it's bad then I'm just going to ignore you.[/quote]
