I'm going to do a major overhaul. I didn't like the build that it had, and I have to do a LOT of rewriting.

There's a difference between having the intellect to theorycraft enough to make a goode guide, and having the experience or skills to apply it in-game.
I have moderate experience with my champions. Sometimes I do very well, many times, I do poorly. I'd say I'm probably in fairly average low ELO, because half the time both sides lack a jungler.
But, I can see where I go wrong due to my own faults, I'm confident it's not because of the way I built my champion. That there is intellect with the absence of skill.
Make a guide whenever you want. Just be confident that it looks good and makes sense.
If you're not at least 90% sure, it's probably bad.
