OP/UP champs and who are they?

Fiddle: 3 sec CC, 'nuff said Orianna: Dat ball just zones to good in lane and she brings too much utility, UP tier: Eve: she needs a rework Malphite: needs a rework, he just doesn't do enough to be usefull Shaco: If you don't get a firstblood on him your laging behind the entire game also needing box setup early game is easily counterd. He needs a rework imo. Xin Zhao: He's been nerfed so many times, it's not even funny anymore he's just worthless now.[/quote]
