In regards to Sivir, end game Sivir has potential to out damage all carries.

That can never be bad.

Too bad her early game and base-range is so bad, no one can endure the struggle to the late game and it's very possible you become a liability that causes the loss of the game before you can farm up to late game.

That is very bad.

It's like Kayle pre-rework, before becoming FotM.
People didn't play her because she was a gosh darn pain to play before she turned into a super-carry.

sivir is just bad, she's completely reliant on proper usage of her spell shield to even be considered viable and even then she's still pretty mediocre. She has great tower pushing ability, but like Jun said, the struggle to get that far is not worth it, especially when other champs provide much more utility with similar tower pushing ability.

If you want a powerful late game, you go with Tristy, or Master Yi. :P

They have attack speed steroids too, good escape power, and can bulldoze over champions one by one once they're fully built.

...why all the hate on Sivir :x

Sivir has no problems making it to end game, unless your team is complete and utter ****. At level 5, her Q is one of if not the strongest non ult nuke in the game, especially on an AD carry.

She farms extremely well and doesn't need to sit and last hit, a simple Q wipes out an entire minion wave. The only problem with her is that her mana costs are so high, but mana regen runes solve that problem. From mid game on you can't leave a Sivir alone in lane because she will devastate and push your team back.

And as for damage, she no doubt has the best end game damage in the game, no doubt about it. Given proper protection she will completely turn tides of games. And if late game comes and they are pushing, you can merely backdoor and in literally 2 minutes you will have won the game.

There's no other ranged carry in the game who can do that, and the only other person in the game who comes close to that is Yi.

And as for Utility, her ult guarantees a teamfight win if you use it correctly. Not even an Ashe ult does that.

They're hating due to ignorance.

Sivir is a good carry and she's been used in tournament play and in high Elo play as well and people win with her all the time.

She's one of the better AD carries, and her damage output is rivaled by none.

Being the highest damage AD carry in the game just quite simply can never be bad.

Op champs :
1)LeBlanc -(i think highest burst in game with W+Q+R) ...
2)Jax -smashes faces with his fat *** while dodging half if hits and stun-locking you
3)Irelia -(cant kill her and she kills everyone without any damage items =_= )
4)Nasus -hard to kill cuz of big vamp and can get soooo much damage in his Q ...
5) hybrid Ap\Tank Mordekaiser - almost same as Irelia but less mobile
6)ow and Karthus's ulti becomes really damage-ing at 1k+ Ap

Up champs:
1)Evelynn ... poor girls doesn't have any damage at all
2)Ryze , well u can still kill with him but you need to fed a lot of kills to have burst damage like other mage-champs :P
3)Kayle .. just "what the hell is wrong with her?"

i think thats it...

@duff
To be fair... Singed might just be too strong. Same with Fiddlesticks. So I agree, maybe some nerfs.
Morde is imba and anti-fun to 1v1 top lane, I feel that nerfhammer coming for his ***. He's not OP, it's just that he's completely not fun to play against. A pain in the ***.
Orianna is just insane. She needs to be toned down on her damage to put her on pace with the other AP carries.
You still suppose Olaf is OP. Duff you've been pushing this for a long time, same as Zilean. Zilean is insane, but Olaf simply won't receive any nerfs in the state he's in. He's not Op, He's pretty UP. Dangerous jungling, and I think his Reckless Swing needs more late game scaling. More flat damage would be OP mid game, but AD scaling low% true damage, while the more attractive of the options, is only the lesser of two evils.
His passive giving him some MS would make him harder to kite, and I think that's a really good change.

I don't care about my rep, but you can +rep if you want to.

Two champs that need the "Annie treatment", i.e. getting updated mana costs and flat damages to make them competitive once again:
Sivir, and Veigar. They're good, they could just be more attractive to newer players if they had more forgiving ability costs.

I don't care about my rep, but you can +rep if you want to.

Twitch-dat base attack range
Evelynn-Stu-Slow *snicker* OP.
Heimer-I 1v1'd his turret as a level 1 Master Yi, got minion aggro and died from his auto attacks. NERF WRENCHES OF DOOM.
Olaf-He keeps beating me 1v1 when I play Taric
Morgana-You need more than a quarter of a brain to dodge her Q... That's too much.

The list goes on and on....

*snicker*

My list goes as following:
OP tier:
Alistar: most broken support ingame, sustains lane, 2 cc's oh and he can still tank without items.
Fiddle: 3 sec CC, 'nuff said
Orianna: Dat ball just zones to good in lane and she brings too much utility,

UP tier:
Eve: she needs a rework
Malphite: needs a rework, he just doesn't do enough to be usefull
Shaco: If you don't get a firstblood on him your laging behind the entire game also needing box setup early game is easily counterd. He needs a rework imo.
Xin Zhao: He's been nerfed so many times, it's not even funny anymore he's just worthless now.

Sivir is on no way UP. She, like most "good" champions, is a really niche champ. Playing against a Veigar or any poke champ, she's pretty good. She zones well because of the bouncing on ricochet and she becomes devastating late game.
Sig courtesy of GrandmasterD. Go get your own sig from them. :D
