MS quints, AS marks and Dodge are pretty darn set. I just can't see any other runes as better in those slots.
For glyphs the choice seems to stand between MR and MR/lvl. I don't think any other runes work as good there.

Lemme explain how good dodge is.
In the jungle dodge seals are always worse than armor seals. The point where dodge starts getting more effective is at about 50-65armor for Udyr, depending on how many stacks of his passive he has.
After his first jungle clear dodge is about equal to armor, but dodge only gets better the more armor you have.
In lategame dodge is GREAT since you'll be at ~150-200 armor anyways.

Right. I think given Udyr's passive, and the late game benefits of dodge, to be honest the armor and such would be worth the sacrifice.
I'll have to give dodge yellows a test run.

Dodge quints suck.
Armor quints are way better because they give much more armor compared to the armor seals.
(armor quint=3 armor seals, dodge quint=2 dodge seals)

It's not about the efficiency of the rune in this case, it's about the higher you get your dodge chance the more effective dodge as a whole becomes.
with stance shifting, ninja tabi, and dodge quints/yellows, you'd be dodging between a fourth and a third of attacks.

Edit: Turtle will absorb roughly 290 damage, your attack speed will be at 130% without rageblade stacks, you'll still have 233 attack damage, 111 armor, 85 magic resistance, and phoenix hits hits like a truck + spell vamps for you. Too funny.

I'm probably going to give those a try, since dodge becomes so amazing end game.
If you can get your total dodge high enough they might even give more damage reduction than the armor yellows when you factor your cloth armor in as well.
