(Well besides those glorious level2 ganks Maokai can do. That tree is magnificent. ;) ) Volibear's level4 ganks are beast. He can fling a target into his allies. They can't run fast enough because of the move speed bonus, that makes him better then Singed because he can more successfully fling. His roar means you're slowed the moment you start getting away again, something Singed wouldn't be able to do, usually popping his AoE slow at the start of the gank. And Singed can't jungle as well as him. Remember, it's a gank - He has an ally attacking you too - Your health bar will drop low enough for Frenzy to finish you off within seconds. (or you Flash, in which case, gank successful still) The only thing masking his OPness as a jungler is the fast that the jungle's currently low on exp. Ganks aren't worth it, junglers have to keep farming to keep up.[/quote]
