His frenzy is broken and his passive is just stupid op.
stack any sort of health and get atmas.
throw as reds and maybe as quints if ur in the mood, and he will wreck.

I'm going to go with a slightly edited build that I posted in the volibear jungle thread.
Cloth Armor + 5 Health Potions or Boots + 3 Health Potions
Ninja Tabi or Mercury's Treads
Warmog's Armor
and then, in no particular order (whatever is needed next):
Spirit Visage
Atma's Impaler
Frozen Mallet, possibly building Phage early on
Wit's End, maybe a Madred's Bloodrazor as a last item if you put it off that long
Duff might be right, however, and on-hitmogs is better than on-hit atmogs. In that case, just remove atma's, buy wit's end earlier, and buy the bloodrazor later on. I'm starting to think that atmogs is still going to be really freaking' good, though.

I'm kind of thinking he's fairly flexible as long as you throw an Atmog's in there somewhere. I'm just disappointed to see ANOTHER tanky dps.
But that's not for this thread. What are his jungle times looking like?
Maybe its just me, but even if it IS viable, its kinda odd seeing ppl throw Atmogs on nearly every melee atm.
Meta = tanky/DPS, its sad and i know it, but still, I'm kinda missing the variety there, and it doesnt seem like this is going to change somehow.
They should try tweaking melee somehow and start to develop a mechanic that let you use skill to avoid mass dmg, focusing your gear on utility and maxing dmg (like a caster would), instead of playing spiky punchbag.

It's because Warmogg's is OP and Atma's is overly cost efficient as an item and happens to use HP.
The combo of two items like that is too good. :P
A more balanced Atma's would probably be somewhere more like 60 armor, 20-25% crit, and 1% of max HP into damage.

Atma is OP. Warmog is just.. Warmog. It's fine where it is.
"I saw [Twilight: Eclipse] in theaters with a girl I was dating at the time. I spent more time staring at my toes and wiggling them than I did watching this abomination. When Edward proposed to Blank Face, I finally looked up with a revelation.
I blurted out loud, in a dead silent theater full of teenage girls on opening night "Wait a minute, Edward has no blood flow. How does he get an erection?" I heard several men laughing, and had several girls turn and stare at me.
I did not get laid that night." - Berengier817

the point is that Atma's Impaler wouyld give ~ 80AD extra at about 4k health, while if you dont have that much health, it's not really worth it.
i do this
philosopher's stone + Boots -> Mercury's Treads
then either Aegis of the Legion for lane or Warmog's Armor for solo top.
after that Spirit Visage + Guinsoo's Rageblade OR Atma's Impaler
enging the build with Eleisa's Miracle and Hextech Gunblade

I do think on hit has more potential but that build looks prty stronk as well.
