I was rather skeptical of these numbers, so I re-ran them. Taking the runes and masteries from jhoijhoi's Ashe guide here, I come up with a level 18 attack damage of 100.6 and attack speed, with the boots, of 1.2180896. Combined with 4% crit and 10% crit damage from masteries, and we get a DPS-before-armor of (100.6*(1+.04*1.1)*1.2180896) =~ 127.932, a bit lower than your mark. I note that without the runes and masteries, Ashe's level 18 DPS-before-armor comes out well below your figure.

Taking LW as our second item, we end up with (140.6*1.044*1.2180896) =~ 178.799 DPS-before-armor, again a bit lower.

Taking IE instead, (180.6*(1+.29*1.6)*1.2180896) =~ 322.061 DPS-before-armor, which is pretty close to your figure.

This isn't going to change your figure much, of course, but updating your spreadsheet with the new numbers I get the armor where they become equal as between 236 and 237; IE is slightly better at 236, LW is slightly better at 237.

Still, as Pranzatelli has mentioned, this doesn't account for physical abilities which can't crit.

Very True.

I prefer right click champs myself.

I just straight up copied the values from http://leaguecraft.com/builder/Ashe/?items=83&masteries=1300400410310030100000000000000000000000000000000&level=18

It seems like you didn't add in the damage from Havoc.

why are you wasting your time on this theorycrafting thread?

You continue to say this as if theory crafting is founded solely on math.

Wrong.

I am STILL, every bit as entitled to my right to comment here as you are.

Yes, because I forgot it. Luckily, I also don't have to. Because it's a percentage increase, it stacks multiplicatively with DPS and mitigation, so you can safely factor it out of both the LW and IE numbers without affecting the calculation. What I definitely did forget was to use the correct armor penetration from jhoijhoi's runes and masteries; I just stuck with the 6 that came on the sheet. This will also drive the number up, I guesstimate by around 20 or so.

My posts may be long. If this bothers you, don't read them.

I don't know why you'd use Havoc on AD anyway. It kind of sucks and you'd have to take points out of crit or ArP to get it.

No, you skip life steal to get Havoc.

Chaox and HSGG both do it along with many others.

Certainly doesn't suck. :)

I didn't use any runes in my calculations.

It's 1.5%. I'd rather have the lifesteal in all honesty.

It's 4.5 extra damage per attack if you get 300 AD, which is about as high as you'll ever get lategame on an AD carry. I mean Brute Force gives you 3 extra damage per attack all game and it's tier one.

Vampirism is 9 health restored per attack at 300 AD.

Mathematically, Havoc sucks. However, if you want to use masteries that will allow you to deal as much damage as possible, it's still a better choice than the lifesteal masteries.

Depends on what you're looking for, really :)

If you're playing an AD carry, your only job is damage.

If your only job is damage, might as well pile up more damage :P

Lifesteal is still gut though.
