Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

And ******* thats a big ****in bird. NO WAY its just gonna hang around and kinda do stuff here and there like swain. It absolutely HAS to be a critical part of gameplay. Would love it if it was a perma minion, that would be sick as hell! Something you could command. And that would even be pretty balanced... If you need to watch for ganks the bird sits in a bush, but in so doing you lose a good chunk of your damaging potential. If you kept him with you to deal more damage, you would be susceptible to ganks.
