Let's look at how much damage that passive will give you. Early game, you do 100 DPS. 5% of 100 = 5 extra DPS cool Late game, you do 1000 DPS. 5% of 1000 = 50 extra DPS. See? It scales into late game by itself so there is absolutely no reason to make these passives grant MR/level or MR reduction/level :P[/quote]
