i can answer for
Nocturne
after hydra(i personally like to sit on just a brut if anything, hydra is good too) you want to get tank items, SV, Randuins etc, also boots and whatever last item you need/want
you can build a wtf offensive nocturne but i personally like a tank nocturne with the only offensive item being brut/hydra

Generally speaking, when wanting some universal runes for junglers, you can't go wrong with
Greater Seal of Armor and
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist (flat for early skirmishes, or scaling for late game). Marks come down to whether the jungler is AP or AD; attack damage, attack speed, armour/magic penetration are common picks. A good universal quint would be
Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed, as all junglers benefit from being faster than their enemies when ganking.



9/21/0 or 0/21/9 on Mumu, magic pen reds, armor/mR seals/glyphs, MS quints.
Nocturne; I generally buy
Ninja Tabi,
Spirit of the Ancient Golem and
Randuin's Omen. The only offensive items I really like on him is
Doran's Blades and
Youmuu's Ghostblade. BORK is ok, but expensive, and offers no ArPen. I've seen Nocts build Trinity Force but it often fails cause the items too damn expensive.
Spirit Visage is also a must, defensively.

i take 9/21 on amumu and for runes i take mpen, armor, magic res and movementspeed (atleast thats what i would use, but i dont have movement quints). with nocturne normally ancient golem, locket, randuins, sprit visage. you can get brutalizer if you get an early lead. not sure about assassin nocturne, prolly get madreds and sell it late and lategame build would be boots (prolly mercurys), hydra, trinity, last whisper, black cleaver and guardians angel.

Mummy: I take 10/20/0 masteries but I suppose 9/21/0 is more commonly accepted. As for runes, AS marks for jungling or MPen marks for damage, Armor seals, MR/lvl glyphs, MS glyphs for utility or AP glyphs for damage.
Noc: Don't play him often, but I usually see others going

I don't think Hydra is that good on jungle Noc because you have enough AoE clear with Q > Passive, and you don't need the AoE to split push since you're usually an initiator and other items are better for diving carries.

Even though there are a lot of good comments already, figured I would drop one anyway:
Amumu: hybrid pen marks, armor seals, mr glyphs (scaling/flat), movespeed quints - 9/21/0 masteries or 0/21/9, but I tend to go for 9/21/0.
Noc: Pretty much what TehAsian said, but I tend to build a little bit more tanky when not ahead.

I have currently been trying a 9/21/0 with him using MS Quints, MagRes Glyphs, Armor Seals and Hybrid Pen Marks.
I've tried the 'Burn Build' with
Sunfire Aegis +
Liandry's Torment, also using
Spirit Visage and
Spirit of the Ancient Golem (don't like Lizard Elder as it is) and it was quite effective later into the game, but I found that the early game was quite difficult to gank and secure kills.
Any tips?
