I've been watching a ton of nightblue3 and trying it out for myself.
Standard build is
Spirit of the Elder Lizard,
Mercury's Treads,
Ravenous Hydra,
Last Whisper,
Guardian Angel, THEN
Black Cleaver. It's not worth delaying the other items for an early brutalizer. This build gives you a lot of jungle clear speed and gold and transitions very nicely into team fighting with LW and GA.
Max R>Q>W>E. Evolve Q first against tougher junglers so you can 1v1 them. Against weaker junglers evolve E first for gank pressure. If you much prefer one over the other you can probably evolve either. Evolve the other one second and evolve R last. Never evolve W. It sucks now, R is so much better.
Masteries 21/9/0. Arpen marks, armor seals, MR/lvl glyphs, AD quints.

Thanks to The_Nameless_Bard for the sig!
should you be rushing hydra or is sitting on tiamet good enough?
also why TBC > BT? is hydra enough sustain so you dont need BT?
EDIT: so i played a few games as kha jungle using that build, masteries might need to be changed but runes are the same and now i have a few more questions, is his first clear supposed to be really bad? like terrible bad? or am i doing something wrong? also at level 1 should you be getting Q or W? i find starting Q gets me too low but W leaves me with low mana if im starting red

Q first, start red since you can pull it out enough to get bonus damage on q procs, w lvl 2 and remember to stand close enough to get heal from w. You do run jungle starter item right and 5 pots?
If you for some reason want to follow my ranked journey to gold, you can do it Here.
I am against asking for rep, only rep me if you think I contributed well or said something wise.

Psiguard seems to know his ****. I personally sit on Tiamat as it's enough to have fantastic clear times ( jump into a camp, 1 second later the full camp is done ). Upgrading it into Hydra will give you more sustain whereas sitting on it until you have Last Whisper increases your damage output much faster. This should depend on what YOU personally prefer, you don't need to copy EVERYTHING the high elo players do. :P
If you do bottom buff -> wraiths/wolves -> top buff -> gank/farmmore you shouldn't run out of mana on pretty much any champion. As for building him, I don't play him so I have no idea

Thanks to FatelBlade, JEFFY40HANDS, Nyoike, TheNamelessBard, GrandmasterD, aviseras and koksei for the awesome signatures

this guy plays a lot of kha6 jungle
Rush
Spirit of the Elder Lizard (conservation op)
psiguard is correct do not get
The Brutalizer your going to be delaying your elder lizard.
the reason kha6 jungle is so good is because evolved
Taste Their Fear does damage based on an enemy's missing health which is good to combo with your
Smite on objectives and also because executes are op
Black Cleaver VS
Bloodthirster is personal preference. I run BT because lifesteal is op.
TBC gives you around the same damage as blood thirster but you get lifesteal from BT.
IF THE GAME GOES REALLY LATE.
Then i usually sell my
Spirit of the Elder Lizard for a
Black Cleaver
If your getting low Try lifesteal quints, you won't notice the decrease in damage but you will notice the increase in your health.
I get AD marks instead of arpen for the early clearing.

You should upgrade Tiamat into Hydra asap because it's really cost effective to do so.
I do basically the same as nightblue but I run CDR boots and buy a Doran Blade or two early.
When I play Kha'zix jungle I prefer to go really aggressive early and have had some really good success with it! I do the following.
In all the times I have tried this I have only had issues with champions that have a good quick escape skill that they get early such as J4 and Vi but apart from that this is pretty much a 100% first blood.
-
Armor Pen marks, Armor Seals, Magic Resist Blues and Attack Damage Quints.
Long Sword and 3 Health Potions.
I start at the same buff to their jungler is starting so if they start blue I start blue.
I get my Q first and then from the clear I get my E.
I then head over to their buff dropping my trinket ward in the bush nearest and then waiting out of vision sight.
When they come I wait for them to get the buff so they will be low and then just EQ auto attack them and that is normally enough to get the first blood and put them WAY behind.
