For my second post ever, I want to talk about something that bothers me when I play normal games.

I main support and I have a win rate of around 66 % when I support but sometimes I like to do something different or if I'm stuck in another role. The thing is: I am able to fulfill other roles but my knowledge of the matchups and gameplay of the other roles is somewhat lacking. (except adc, I always see them play so I know) To remediate to that problem, I practice other roles in normal blind pick games.

Here's the thing: when I play normal, I always play versus people that are always lower than me in ranked (I'm currently silver III, it's not that good I know) I know that elo is not representative of a player's skill. I win most of my lanes with ease. This makes my practice less relevant because my opponent is rarely a good challenge... Example: Every time I top with Quinn in normal, I wreck my opponent. I tried her twice in ranked and got destroyed twice... And I didn't play any differ…

I think the idea of it is neat. To find out how one measures up on the Fields of Justice. However, I just don't know if that kind of play will ever be for me. I already get anxious enough just playing normal blind pick Summoners Rift.

I'm pretty sure I'd Rank somewhere in the dregs of Bronze anyway. grin

I do understand the appeal though.

Well I do really really hate my internet, want to download torrents all day, sure no problem, want to play LoL when tired and gonna feed anyway sure no problem but god forbid you want to play LoL when you are actually in the zone and going back into ranked, as soon as I have a good match the next match is definitely gonna be ruined by lag and random DC even though I apparently had 50 ping G the **** G internet you ****ing win, no more ranked for a while.

So I had my shiny Hecarim out of the bot practice box for a couple games of SR. Had my friend running with me and it was fun. I started out first game going top as I was not feeling at all confident in my jungle skills. In spite of some really good practice in an earlier bot and custom setting.

I did not have an item set up for top on hand (had to wing it). I still ended up eating Volibear for lunch until I was a very well fed Rainbow Horned Shadow of War. I went 7-0-1 which I was very pleased with. Plus it was a win and no on one was mean or nasty! YAY

2nd game I ended up taking him jungle, which freaked me out as it was sort of a last minute decision. It was either that or support and I just couldn't do the supporting a random ADC thing. I admit I panicked a little when we opened in the purple side of the map and I realized I had not practiced that side of the map. Argh! I got all turned around. So I've decided to start a series of posts that include suggestions of things like movies/games/books/music that invoke certain emotions for anyone who is looking for something to make them feel that emotion. I'll put these things in list format by type. As the title says the emotion I am going to use for my first post is sadness because that is the emotion most prevalent in my life so it is the easiest to find things for, without any further ado I shall start my list.

Things found on the internet: first one is a sequence of pictures from Clannad/Clannad After Story with the lyrics from Mayday Parade's song Terrible Things, play the song in the background for more feels (it definitely helps if you have seen the anime and the lyrics don't exactly match the anime but it is a double whammy of sadness)

I am making a guide for a champion EVERYONE here complains about how people make the item part of the champion when it shouldn't. The annoying champion. Right now, I have the cheat sheet done and plan on needing pictures for "stuff" soon. Anyone wanna help me on that :P

I signed up for a lolpro tournament and i got eliminated the 2nd round QQ.
Its not that my opponent was good or anything (he got eliminated the next round)

It's that i built poorly for the situation.

I was playing Ad Orianna and after i got first blood on my opponent i got extremely over confident and went to build a Zhonya's Hourglass and

I should mention before posting I only had Shaco a few days so I am really inexperienced with him, so if anybody mains him in ranked I would really like some info on him ...

When I first laid eyes on Shaco my thoughts were "daaaaaaaamn bad a**, Batman anyone ??" it's only when I played him for the first time that I realized I suck with him, so badly even that I never ever wanted to try him again (anyone who read a previous blog post of mine here would remember me banging on that I would never play/ buy him ... well after I saw some ranked games/ random lol moments/ C9 Meteos playing Shaco in a match I decided "what the hell let's get him and see if I improved in LoL overall to be good with him". My very good friend brought me a super awesome present back from PAX, A RAINBOW UNICORN PONY! Ok actually it was an Arcade Hecarim code (and a Riot Blitzcrank too). When I first saw the Hecarim skin I thought it couldn't look cheesier. However, now that I've played with it I must admit I love it sooo much!!!

Anyway with this new Champ added to my pool of choices I've finally decided to learn how to jungle. The same good friend who brought me the codes took me on a custom tutorial today and a run through an intermediate bot game. It was fun but man there is a lot to learn about being a jungler. (at least a decent one)


I also have played some more normal Summoners Rift games as well lately. And I have discovered my love for running as support has turned to hate. Being paired up with unknown ADCs has not been kind to me. I'm positive some of it me, but when the ADC can't figure out how to farm or even use the ULT on their champ....well you know things are just not going to end wel…
