Hey guys. So my favoire streamer of all time was XJ9. For some reason, i really liked his 'chillness' in his streams. I also liked how he jungled well, and would occasionally teach about his jungling technique.

Anyways, I can't seem to find much hype about him anymore. Did he fall off the face of the planet? What happened to him? Given that he would occasionally hint that he had issues with his family, I'm starting to think that this kind of escalated, to the point where he's not in a comfortable position to be playing league anymore. What's happened to him?

I like tanks o.o'''. My VoliTank guide is my first one, hope i get lots of likes to make me motivated to create more tank guides. I've decided to do this because I noticed tanks are being under used, when they are vital.

Learn a tank, play it, and vs a team that doesn't have one. Right from the champion select your team will have an advantage. Team composition is key, makes League a lot more enjoyable then just seeing champs being played no matter what the team composition is.

- I decided to try and jungle as Jax. That being said, this is what happens when you put someone who already had an innate ability to suck at games a chance to play a champ that usually gets merced in every match in a role he has no idea how to play.

Hey guys, so like the title says I'm brand new to MOBAfire. I started writing a guide at the beginning of season 3 and am finally comfortable with posting it, I'm getting it all translated into MOBAfire and working on making it pretty! Wow, this website is helpful. That's what I was thinking when I first found it. Nowadays I use it to get the best build possible for any new character I buy. The community is great too. This summer I hope to hit level 30 (I'm only level 19 right now) so that I may play in ranked games. I used to play nothing but Co-Op VS AI, but then I realized something. I'll never get better playing against mindless computers that can't go positive! As infuriating as PvP can be, I have a lot of fun. Even when I get dunked by a bunch of level 30 jerks who think they're SOMETHING ELSE because they can beat people who are more than 10 levels below them. Either way, I'll be active most of the time on here, and I might make a guide or two this summer. (Don't blame me if I suck at it, helping people with this sort of thing isn't my strong point.) Anywho, I'm gonna shove of now, so see you peeps later! Non-senior senior citizen, signing off!

Anivia

I actually completed this one aaaaaages ago, my decision made after one match (although I'd played several relatively recently). The TL:DR version of this is that I just don't enjoy Anivia enough to main her. On paper, she's incredibly interesting; when I'm not playing her, I want to play her. In-game... Well, she can be very rewarding to play in team-fights, but so can all the other champions I enjoy, and Anivia just feels not fluid enough. I put it down to the relatively short-ranged Frostbite and generally low mobility. That said, she brings a lot to the table.

As for how I handle her? My mechanics in-lane are weak, although I understand some of the stuff you can do with her wall, I just need practice with the execution. I love the potential of her ultimate to turtle hard and hold turrets 1v3, or harder, but alas, I do not like turtling situations. That said, utilising that power is sometimes all that has kept my team in the game, sometimes to their annoyance.

Gonna start Ranked either tonight or Monday. Been trying to practice up each of my champs and decided I'm using too many. Tried to narrow down to the following:

Jungle - Nocturne, Elise, and

I've been branching out from Nunu and bought Nasus (good sale price) and Cho'Gath. I seem to be preferring melee characters instead of ranged/mage types. A big part of my decision, other than the fun factor, is any guides here on Mobafire. All three champions have some great guides here that are very inspiring and well written. The authors have put a lot of effort into them and I thank them for that.



I played three PvP normal games with Cho'Gath last night, lost two and won one. There was a definite difference in the team during the last match, with everyone pulling their weight and doing their jobs. In the previous two I'm sure someone was afk (they didn't progress beyond level 6) and the others were feeding the enemy team so much. It's interesting that in my winning game I only had 2 champion kills, yet I felt like I really dominated by harassing and causing the enemy champions to run back and heal up, leaving me free to get minion kills and push the lane.
