This is a VERY concise guide focused on helping players already familiar with Draven maximize their potential in 10.12 and the near future. If you are new to Draven, read another guide.
It is fundamentally important for a player to understand and mirror how PSZ plays if they want to improve on Draven. Study this video. If you are unsure of who this is, please do some research.
Most Draven skins are actually clunky. Gladiator Draven has smooth axe animations and this can affect gameplay.
As of 10.12, there are two rune paths for Draven. The rune path is chosen depending on the enemy team composition.
However, if you can get away with HoB / Lethality (i.e. the composition allows), abuse it. It's extremely strong right now.
If you are unsure of how to maximize the impact of HoB / Lethality or don't understand when it is used, study this video.

If the team has 2+ tanks, use PTA / Critical Strike.

If the team has <2 tanks, w/ multiple burst, use HoB / Lethality.
