You made an application in the guide review thread, so here it is!
Apologies for being late on this one, I noticed you made a new post in the thread so I decided to punch through and finish this one today!

A note before I start: I do not play myself so my knowledge on builds/runes is limited.

Cheatsheet

The ordering of the items in the cheat-sheet is a bit of a chaos. I would put the example builds last and the situational items & boots before that. You also seem to be missing a block on the core items and common items (DD, BC, SV, GA and Thornmail). Choices such as when to go DD or BC first should be explained there as well.
Corrupting Potion and Doran's Shield seem to have awfully similar purposes (at least, in the notes). Is there a difference between them aside from preference? If not then I feel like dshield is better due to how much sustain it gives you, especially combined with Second Wind.
I’d just delete Executioner's Calling since the notes suggest that you don’t like building it over Bramble Vest at all.
Quicksilver Sash seems to be an extremely niche item. You only take it against Mordekaiser. Is it worth it delaying your core items for QSS? I am uncertain about buying it “against CC” as having Mercury's Treads + Legend: Tenacity will probably give you all the CC resistance you need.
I would split up the situational items block in offensive/defensive/utility items. This would allows you to put some kind of explanation in the notes rather than a “go to the items section”
Not sure if you should explain the entire cheese lvl 1 strat in the skill order notes, it might be more at home in a gameplay section.

Pros and Cons

I am not sure whether Urgot actually scales well. I thought he had this super-strong moment at around 2-3 items, but falls off after that due to his kiteability. Perhaps he scales better than the current meta toplaners?

Stats

Base stats don’t determine whether a champion scales well or not. Sona has one of the lowest base healths in the game, but scales extremely well. Senna has the lowest base AD of the game, but scales extremely well. I hope you get the point, the stats listed here basically don’t say anything.

Runes

I think you talk too much about the keystone. You basically say two/three times that you think Conqueror is best because it scales better into the mid/lategame. Try to make a concise description!
It is not necessary to mention that Fleet Footwork and Lethal Tempo aren’t viable choices. Try to focus on what IS viable rather than mentioning things that are not.
Make line breaks between the explanations of different rows, this makes it easier to read.
I understand why Legend: Tenacity is taken but I disagree with the reason you give. You want to stick to the enemy champions and in case they CC you, you don’t want to be stuck for too long. Not because you are “a frontliner”.
You forgot to mention Last Stand in the explanation.
You mention Overgrowth and Revitalize being good choices, but do not explain why. Mention when they are useful/should be taken and if you cannot find such a reason, it means that they shouldn’t be taken at all.
I would not mention Sudden Impact at all, as Urgot doesn’t dash often enough to make it worth it.

Items

Avoid repeating exact stats from items. Try explaining why/when an item is useful (this usually forces you to mention some stats), but do not list numbers and such. If you like the stats a lot, you can put them in the first line like you did at Thornmail and talk about the item in the line after.
Doran's Blade seems to be your standard starting item. Therefore it should be the first starting item you talk about (so you can get away with saying “this is the standard item because blah blah”). Then you can continue with the rest of the starting items, explaining when you can deviate from the “standard”.
Taking Corrupting Potion vs Doran's Shield is still rather vague, when do you want more trading potential? Remember, if you do not feel like an item has a good purpose you don’t have to mention it. It is your guide after all!
The explanation on Black Cleaver only contains stats so I don’t really understand why it is so important as a first item (which indirectly would give a hint as for when you go Death's Dance first!)
Turbo Chemtank explanation does not really tell me when to go the item, when do I need to engage my enemies better?
I am not sure when to buy Spirit Visage is the item just your favorite 3rd item/item against AP?
When do you build Frozen Mallet and where do you slot it into your build? (Like, when do I know I need more health and AD? :( )
The last few items/components in this section should be placed before the “Other items”.

How to play
1. You list an example of a fight at level 1, but I’m pretty sure Garen doesn’t build Doran's Ring…
2. You say Urgot has a low mana pool, part of me tells me that Corrupting Potion could help with this
3. At level 3 you say that Urgot is significantly weaker because his kit is significantly weaker in early game. You kind of lost me here, is there any other way you can specify why he is so weak early on?
4. At levels 10-18: I am pretty sure you should use Teleport to join your team for a fight, not when the enemies come at you.
  
  A little surprise
  
  This looks like this is experimental/theorycrafting/still in testing. I recommend stating this at the top of the section so that people do not get confused!
  
  Presentation
  
  Time for the fancy stuff! First of all: the chapter order of your guide. It is kind of… messy. I would move the changelog to the bottom of your guide, move “team comp” up, at least above the summoner spells and integrate “powerspikes” in your gameplay section.
  
  Secondly: guide theme! It looks like you went with High Noon, so you should stick with that! For example, rather than going with green/red in the pros and cons you could go for orange/brown and you could change the green in the ability section to brown/orange as well.
  
  Thirdly: it seems that your guide contains quite some spelling mistakes, reread the guide, ask a friend, or put it in google docs/word to find & correct those!
  
  Lastly, here are some details/nitpicks:
  1. Pros and cons:
    - There is a random “Code :” at the top of this section.
    - For some reason, the sentences at cons aren’t capitalized.
    - The Pros & Cons paragraphs are kind of hugging each other right now, perhaps you should look to increase the vertical space between the two to show that they don’t merge.
  2. Abilities
    - Put line breaks between the ability descriptions & what you have to say about it.
    - You can utilize lists to align the tips in the spoilers.
    - There are two spelling errors in Q description (damagin & slwing)
    - The circle next to the W description says “Q”. The size of the letters in the circle are also rather small, it would look better if you bolded them and/or made them a bit larger.
  3. Runes
    - There are some spelling errors, especially in the last part of the section.
  4. Items
    - I dislike seeing centered text, I think it would look much better if you aligned it to the left.
    - This section looks very cramped atm, it might be a good idea to add some vertical space between the headers/different items.
  5. How to play
    - Try putting some line breaks between the paragraphs as it is kinda hard to read the text atm.

I miss some stuff on abilities, how does W targeting mechanic work (it never shoots what I want it to shoot >:( ) and what about the + mechanic? In what order should you look to use abilities in fights/all-ins?

Besides that I think the main improvement to the guide is making it less chaotic and increasing the clarity of descriptions and explanations. At a lot of items/runes I thought: yeah this seems nice on but... when do I actually use this? At some items you got examples and it's quite clear there, but what about the other options?
