Champion Build Guide

[10.25.] Rell Jungle - Horsin’ Around

By HVfun
Introduction
First and foremost, Rell is not a strong jungle champion right now, and she probably won't be in the future. With that said, I only play jungle, I like tanky and bruiser type champions, and I miss the old Volibear flip. So I've been Horsin' around on Rell in the jungle! Even though she's not that strong in the jungle, she's still pretty fun to play. I hope Riot adjusts/buffs her so she's better in the jungle in the future, because her only viable role right now is support. I think adding damage to monsters on her Q would be a easy buff to make her better in the jungle. Read on, and I'll explain some

Anyways, read on and I'll give you some tips on how to play her in the jungle.
Clearing
Rell's clear is pretty slow. Start camps by using W on top of it, and then constantly using your Q and W whenever it's up. Your Q is an AA reset, so don't just spam it as fast as you can. You'll usually get 2 Ws off before the camp is done, so you'll end in horse form which makes it easier to get to the next camp.
Ganking and Fighting
Start your gank by always using your e on your ally in lane. From there, you want to walk up behind the person and use an AA then Q. Use your W for when they try to dash or flash away, and trigger your e again to stun when your W's knock up wears off. You'll usually want to use the 2nd use of your W to either get out of danger, or continue to follow up on the fight if it takes a while to play out. Remember, you get a flip on the 2nd use of your W!

If you can't get a good angle on the target and walk up behind them, you can try to start the gank with W and then E to stun, but you'll usually be too slow to finish the kill.

Your ult isn't that complicated to use. You usually want to use it to draw targets into your team's damage, but you can also use it to bait and peel. For example, sometimes it's best to let the fight draw out a little bit, and then use your ult when one of your teammates is at about 25% health and take the opponent away from them. I'm still getting used to this ult, and I'll try to update if I figure out some more tricks.
