A Good GP will put barrels under him and make it impossible to trade him. You may win 1v1s, but his team fights are much better. I ban him every time. Take Dorans Shield.
Orianna
Gives him a shield for a bit more survivability. You will be able to create a great setup for her R. Orianna's AoE abilities combined with Renekton's Q, E, and can shred enemy teams.

RTO Here!
About Me I am a One Trick Pony ![]() ![]() I have played ![]() I play a very aggressive play style by building almost entirely damage, which allows me to make some ridiculous plays, ...as well as many other fails. If you like this guide, make sure to check out my even more in depth guide here |

Lane position: Top
Jungler ganking potential: Ideal Speciality: Versatility Why Blood and Vengeance? ![]() ![]() ![]() Effective rage management is essential to doing the immense damage that I, myself have showcased. He can provide single target, non-dodgable CC, as well as mobility, healing and strong AOE. Most champions have a very hard counter that completely shuts them down. ![]() What else is built into Renekton's kit, is that he is able to push lanes hard and still have 2 dashes to make clutch escapes from ganks. By keeping the lane pushed, he is able to use the enemy minions to dash off of. AS OF 9.14 ![]() ![]() ![]() Proper Rage Management and nowing how to combo correctly are what separate the bad, and good ![]() |

RAGE MANAGEMENT
Keep your rage high for fights, and do not use it sparingly!
I tend to ult early when I see a fight about to break out so that I can build up my rage.

★ You gain 3% attack speed plus an additional 1.5% for every Legend stack (max 10 stacks). I build very aggressive, and more attack speed is invaluable for this build, it has good synergy with ![]() ![]() |
★ This rune helps to increase your burst damage, you're always in the middle of the fray, taking targeted and AoE damage from all sources. If you know you can wait until you get to 30% HP - without dying - this will increase the potency of your entire combo. |

EARLY GAME
★You can tell your jungler not to come top lane until they have taken the first dragon spawn.
★Dominate your lane, you can tower dive, and/or force the enemy laners recall, keep the lane pushed for pressure.
★Watch the videos below for very in-depth explanations on how to play during the early game.
MID GAME

LATE GAME
|
★ You can be outscaled at this point, so you don't like getting to late game. Split pushing, and picking off enemies is your best bet. During team fights, assassinate enemy carries or zone for your carries again.
If you are fed and your team is behind, then you are going to be able to play more aggressively, and take more risks. If your team is fed, you will play less aggressive and take less risks. If the enemies are fed, then you are going to be trying to assassinate the most fed, if possible. If there is a ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

VOD Reviews
Below is a series that breaks down different games in high elo (Diamond 1 and higher) that goes into detail on my decision making process and how to carry or come back from behind. Even if you are not a Renekton player, this information is extremely valuable and many people have told me that they have shot up many tiers or divisions just by watching these and implementing the concepts into their own games. I really hope that this helps you guys and look forward to feedback. |
