New Udyr

New Udyr is very interesting, on one hand you no longer need extra attack speed to utilize your kit, on another hand he becomes a lot more complex and no longer have much AD scalings, Tiger Stance became Wilding Claw, and its AD scaling went from 185% to 0.06%, a huge decrease in the effectiveness of building lethality and AD in general. What does this mean? This means AD builds, while still viable, lack the one shot power they one had, and Lethality Prowler's Claw builds are less viable than they were before. Since both Iron Mantle and Wingborne Storm both scale off AP, as well as awakened Wilding Claw, this does not remove the effectiveness of items like Trinity Force and Blade of the Ruined King on Udyr. To compensate, we can use items like Riftmaker to add those important AP scalings we want in Udyr.

Let's talk about runes, before the rework, Udyr liked Lethal Tempo, but currently, at least for jungle, I view Press the Attack as his best keystone, Conqueror is a perfectly viable alternative, the main reason being the obvious synergy with Bridge Between, your typical combo is something like Wingborne Storm Auto Auto Wingborne Storm Auto Auto, your awakened ability is increased by 12% dmg by Press the Attack. However, this is not as tanky as Conqueror so if you aim for more tankiness, Conqueror or Grasp of the Undying is your best friend.
