Use of Spells :

Q : In Lane, it might be better to hold it while the 3 casters cs are low hp, to zone enemy adc ( ofc if he enter in range of a 4th grenade press Q). But basicly in lane use it like a 5th AA

W : One of the strongest spells of the game. Always be aware of what is going on in your W range, it can change a fight from far away, even if it is dodged. W of Jhin is easy to dodge, but you can chose in wich direction the enemy will have to side step it. Use it on cd in team fight.

E : This spell if really misused by most of players, you must not forget that it slow quit hard. So use it for 4 reasons : 1 –> farming (on casters cs) // 2 —> vision (bush) // 3 —> reload cancel (I’ll explain in brief later) // 4 —> fighting (use it during fights always)

R : Probably a better ability than u think, hold it is really important. You MUST have it for important fights (Nash, drakes, T2 mid). Remember that your R works with your team, useless alone. Remember that you do missing health damages, you can deal 86 damages to a full hp nami, but also 1700 to a low health ornn (always focus low health).

Passive : first a little recap of the passive that most of players don’t really understand :
— You have 4 shots, the 4th always critical strikes and deal missing health damages
— Jhin’s crit damages are reduced
— Jhin’s AD scale with attack speed and critical strikes
— When you critical strike you gain move speed (scaling with attack speed)
— You also gain this move speed bonus when you hit W
— When you kill an enemy, he become an E (doesn’t work on assists)

The reload cancel : in late and mid game, it is good to always walk with a 4th shot ready. To get it, farm on minions plants camps or what ever then Jhin will reload 10s later, but if you use any spell he will cancel it and restart from the beginning of the 10s. The E is the spell you want for it, wait the sound of the reloading and place an E anywhere (every 10s).

Game Time line :

Laning phase : 1 - 15min
You are good at it, you can play with every supports, and against every adc/supp. Really strong early game. Always prefer supports that deals damages, Zyra Xerath Brand … (those are broken with Jhin). Be agressive on lane trades and 4 man fights. When you supports roam, let enemy push (expect against dive supports like Alistar nautilus)

Mid game : 15 - 30min
You are not bad, but definitely not the best adc in mid game, (when not fed ofc) keep farming and always play with your team. Never go side lane alone. Keep an eye on Nash and drakes to have an R.

Late game : 30 - 40min
This is your comeback in the game, you are now really strong (close to full item), close to lvl 18… You are quit terrifying for all no-tanks enemy champs, 2-3 shots everyone.

Hyper late game : 40+ min
You are this one shot machine, you are crucial for you team, you should have around 1000 AD. Every shots is so important, u can punish hard every mistake of enemy positions with a rude aa. Notice that all your shots are 4th shots. To finish, your W is now game changer (you really can flip a game on a single W).

Tips & Tricks :

— Push a wave : E + Q on casters, while AA melees (W on all cs if there is nothing around you)
— Q + 4th AA deals more damages than 4th AA + Q (and it's faster)
— You can flash during W animation (check videos)
— You can buffer cc with W (check videos)
— To avoid face check you have W, E (greedy) and ofc blue ward
— In team fights, jhin is not a classic ad carry, the strength of the champ is the execution.
— Keep in mind in team fight that you are the executioner of your team, this is why you fit well with reset champs ( Aatrox, Viego, …)
