Hey guys, I've currently been playing league since the release of (2013 I think?) and I started playing ranked in season 4. I recently started playing and I thought that he was a fun and enjoyable champion and now I am trying to climb elo with him(Currently Gold 2).What inspired me to make this guide is that i see all of the guides running Thunderlord's Decree and I was experimenting and found that Stormraider's Surge feels alot better to me.

I take full armor pen for late game. These runes enable you to actually one shot squishies, however, these runes make for a really bad early game clear and you can't really fight anyone early game either(especially without Thunderlord's Decree ).If you feel like you cant do very well early game or you aren't comfortable with these runes you can substitute the marks for AD and the quints for attack speed or AD.Seals are pretty explanatory, and Glyphs are to reach the 40 percent cool down cap for lower cd on Thrill of the Hunt

Pretty self explanatory masteries for except for Stormraider's Surge. I take Stormraider's Surge instead of Thunderlord's Decree because I feel that Rengar has enough burst to one shot squishes without Thunderlords, it allows you to chase, and combined with the movespeed of Thrill of the Hunt it allows you to jump into the entire team one shot someone and get the hell out of there.

Take Maw against a heavy ap comp EX: or jungle plus an ap mid laner

Take Steraks if you wanna be a bit tankier or if you are against a burst champion EX: or

Take Dominik's if you are ahead and want to one shot their tanks as well and take Reminder if they have a regen champion EX: or

Take Scimitar against someone with a heavy cc EX: or

Take Phantom Dancer if you want extra crit or 1v1 potential. Works especially well with Infinity Edge

Take Black Cleaver for some extra armor shred movespeed, tankiness, and extra cooldown reduction if you don't already have 40 percent

I like to take Mobility Boots because it allows you to travel much farther in Thrill of the Hunt and with 12 stacks on Bonetooth Necklace you can go even further. BUT WHEN YOU GO IN YOU GET SLOWER FROM THE MOBI'S. That's what Stormraider's Surge is also good for.
