Level 2 All In
This is mentioned in the video above.
The easiest way to solo kill in a duo lane is to get level 2 advantage first, whilst the enemy is still level 1 then jump in and focus down one target and kill them.
In order to get level 2 you will need to kill the first wave plus the first 3 melee minions in the second wave, so the first 9 minions will grant you level 2 in a duo lane.
Then, depending on how strong the enemy level 1 is, most of the time you can jump in and ignore their damage and kill one of them or burn all their cooldowns.
The easiest way to solo kill in a duo lane is to get level 2 advantage first, whilst the enemy is still level 1 then jump in and focus down one target and kill them.

Out of Lane
Here is what I want you to do out of lane.
Do not press W !!!
Here is what you think of before pressing W;
1. You can kill an opponent and be safe afterwards.
2. Hold on to it as long as possible, and the opportunity will show itself.
3. Look at the map before jumping in, fog of war = enemy is there. So you see a poor ziggs in middle solo, but no one else is showing on the map. THEN DO NOT JUMP IN, even though you can kill him.
You can reset W with assists or kills.
Or you can reset your W with after you proc your E bomb on somebody.
