Yasuo is a dangerous counter to Ahri. He has not just mobility from E, but his wind wall as well to dodge your skillshots. Always poke off his shield when its safe and respect his tornado when its up. These two things along with respecting his mobility can actually win the lane if you play it right.
Vladimir
Vlad about to die? He'll just pool away. There's very little solo kill potential as he has so much sustain and health after protobelt. Look to roam when you hit lvl 6 because there's no benefit in stalemating with him.
Katarina
Kat can be super slippery because of the creativity with her dagger placement. As always, don't stand next to one and respect the control she has around where it is. An easy bait though is to walk towards a dagger anticipating the dash, and then charming. Don't be predictable yourself however, charm is valuable in keeping yourself alive.
Annie
Annie isn't really scary by herself. Just watch out for her point and click stun and Tibbers when either of you try to all-in.
Akali
Akali can be scary. Her all-in potential is massive at just level 3. Don't stand behind weak minions as she might get a free Q onto you. Dodge shuriken if there's an opening between you. Respect her shroud, but remember you can still hit her with your abilities in it. You can charm her when she runs at you if she hits shuriken, and she can't cancel it. Use your ult to be mobile, as she destroys immobile opponents.
Fizz
Fizz can beat you pretty bad if you are predictable in the slightest. His E will dodge skillshots and his burst damage is insane. He isn't too tough before he hits level 6, but you'll definitely need to keep a health lead on him. When he does, prepare to dodge with your own ult, as he can tower dive you really safely.
Zoe
Zoe is mega unga, just had to throw that out there. She is basically you but for people lacking a few brain cells. It becomes a lot easier for her to surprise you with sleep bubble at level 6 due to her teleport. You'll want to take cleanse and/or commencing stopwatch because you'll get hit by a bubble at some point. Basically bubble is everything for her, one is enough to one shot you if you haven't already started building MR.
Irelia
Very much a skill matchup. She has mobility, but you'll know where to stay away unlike Yasuo. Be careful of her all-in potential, you don't want the wave pushed when she's healthy and has ult. Be wary of her W, as it will absorb your charm and make your all-in defense that much harder. Your ult doesn't bypass hers. Ask jungler to camp so she doesn't snowball.
Lux
Lux can be a pain in the ass because she is the queen of poke in mid lane. I'd suggest to stand around your casters to avoid her root. If she hits you with both Q and E, it'll hurt, not to mention her ult if she has you poked down. If you're healthy, you have solo kill potential, easy as that as long as you dodge root.
Twisted Fate
TF will probably never be able to kill you solo. He just isn't built for that. The only threats he has are ganks and roaming. If he picks gold card, go to the opposite side of the lane he's standing because that is probably where his jungler is. Ping missing often, as TF's threat comes from roams, not killing you in lane.
Veigar
First rule: don't feed Veigar. Other than that this matchup is super simple. Don't walk into his cage. Don't walk into his magic missile from the sky. If you can do those two things, you've done a good job. Now that you've got him poked down, you'll want to be wary of his cage, try not to ult inside it, as your dash can't get out of it. Dash to its outside before it spawns and finish him off. Ping missing, because low elo players panic when they see a Veigar cage.
Zed
Look to buy armor when you can. An early seeker's armguard is more valuable than finishing your luden's. Save your charm for during his shadow cooldown: it is long as hell. When he hits lvl 6, you'll pretty much only want to use it to defend against ult if you're alone in lane. If he ults on you, start walking back to tower, and time your charm to hit him when he reappears. Zed will always show up on the opposite side he ults you from, so time you charm with its cast time in mind. Another simpler countermeasure is to simply get commencing stopwatch from the inspiration tree and activate right before he appears.
