Introduction
Play Garen well and you'll stomp most top laners to the ground.
Early Game
What to do at each level:
Level 1
Whenever the enemy goes for a creep: Auto-attack and Q for harass.
Level 2
If you hit level 2 before the enemy laner does, look for an opportunity to Q>E him and possibly ignite for first blood. (this can also work if you harass enough and you're both level 2)
Level 3
Level 3 is even better: 2 points in Spin-to-win gives it a lot of damage. Same as level 2.
Level 4
You now have a point in W, which means you can take a lot more punishment.
Level 5
Same as 2 and 3
Level 6
Q>E>R is devastating. Even when the jungler comes to gank you can probably get a kill with this.
