I theorycrafted this rune set and strategy alongside a Diamond III player. It may have been done before but it's especially strong at the moment because Darius is ripping **** up all over the place right now and this level 1-2 cheese grants you a guaranteed first blood, if you play it right, which is the reason why I decided to write a guide on it.

I am a Gold V pleb at the moment, but I've climbed through Silver using this technique whenever I could. Although if the guide becomes popular, Darius will be perma-banned at Silver-Gold-Plat elo.

Grab your appropriate rune page according to your lane opponent and grab Doran's Blade first item, levelling W up first. Don't scare your opponent too much at level 1, but do harass them using auto attacks, if they try to trade. Leave one minion from the first wave and approach your opponent. When the minion dies (it usually does if you farm the first 5 minions using W as it's super fast), you'll hit level 2. Be ready to quickly level up the correct ability, again according to your lane opponent, then make sure you hit your abilities. Do not be afraid to use Flash and Ignite, as they'll come back up sooner because of Insight. Stay in lane if the enemy jungler started on your laner's side and is not counter jungling.

Don't worry. Darius is still very strong. Ask for a gank to pick the game back up again and build boots first if you have to. Build one damage item, either Black Cleaver or Trinity, and then build tank according to the enemy team.
