Introduction

First I have to say that this is NOT a troll build. This strategy works, and coupled with some of the tweaks from recent patches has made ADC TF viable once again. The change to his passive being the most dramatic. Loaded Dice now makes TF's income level insane. If you are lanning against an opponent adc who has the same cs (Creep Score) as you, it means that you are Winning the lane. More gold equals more power.

Another thing that they recently reworked is TF's Pick A Card ability that now includes an additional 1 for 1 ratio of atk damage to every card. Meaning that when you use your Pick A Card ability, you get your normal dmg + additional dmg + normal dmg again. Not a huge difference, but it does make an impact.

The play style of TF is a very dualist way of engaging. The idea being that in the early game you are dependent on his Stacked Deck ability to increase his attack speed and make it harder for the enemy to take you on one v one. In fact with his passive, all you need to do in the early game is kill creep and try not to be aggressive. Poke with your cards, but wait (if possible) till you gain a B. F. Sword. This item is EXTREMELY Important. You need this to do real damage. It must be the first item you buy when you go back. After you get it, engagement will be easily done with some practice.

Late game for him needs a few items like Sword of the Divine and Blade of the Ruined King for the combo to work. If you hit with your Yellow Stun card from Pick A Card and activate the Sword of the Divine attack 3 times, the enemy will be dead if not, use the Blade of the Ruined King. Only the tankiest characters will be able to survive this combo. In addition the slow effect from BoRK will allow you to make sure they won't be able to get away should they survive.

Gold is everything to this build. You will find it will take around 17k-18k to finish your build. This isn't a real problem thanks to his improved passive and Avarice Blade gaining you all sorts of money in your pockets. Though it means that you must always be conscious of gaining more and more cs. You cannot ever have too much gold.

Another point of using TF is that you interestingly enough never have to worry about mana at all. Thanks to his Pick A Card and picking a blue card you gain a lot of sustain in the early game in addition to the life steal runes.

I am still in the process of making this guide. So I will be updating this as much as I can.

Runes

Ok so for runes, there isn't a whole lot to talk about here. Pretty self explanatory general ADC runes. Life steal quints for that early game sustain that improves all the way into late game. Armor Seals for early game armor vs the enemy adc. Scaling MR glyphs because you won't have to deal with heavy ap till mid to late game. Then you have the atk marks that give you a better damage output early game.

Skill Sequence

First you may note that I have not even bothered taking Wild Cards till late in the game. This is because as an ADC you don't have any scaling with that ability at all. This makes it pretty useless early game, and late game its almost decent harass (most people dodge it still).

Instead you need to max out Stacked Deck as soon as possible because its passive gives you a big advantage on adcs that don't go back to base to "refit" their items and try to out sustain you. It also a whooping 30% increase to your atk speed when maxed. For an adc, this is game changing and shores up any weakness you have for not being "built" for bot lane. As an added bonus every 4 shots lets you do bonus damage that will help you poke your opponent, or help with the timing of your farm.

You do however still need to take Pick A Card first for that stun, slow, or mana generation. It's just all around good utilty in one abilty. Plus you have that increase in damage based on your atk when you use it now.
