Fizz
A good fizz will not allow you to land your charm and without it, you're far too useless. He gets a freeze and you're useless. The only way ahri can beat fizz is to have higher mobility than him through ap items and mobis so he can't ever catch you with his ult or jump. I used to beat fizz with corrupting pot before it was nerfed because auto attacks would proc the burn.

A fed ahri with a yuumi on her is unstoppable.You're already fast on your own, but now you're faster and have slows. It's like you're playing ahri with both electrocute and glacial. Eventually, you run out of mana, but this combo is strong.
