Anivia Passive Ability
Introduction
Im LillBen. I have been playing since early season 3 and got 30 around mid season 3. I found
Anivia around level 15, and mained her until I started jungling. I still play her often, and she is by far my best champion. This is my first guide so enjoy!
Pros / Cons
+
Anivia has insane burst-She has the least level 1 health out of anyone
+Her passive gives her a strong laning phase
-Her whole combo revolves around her q which is a slow moving skill shot
+She has a long range vision check (her w)
-She has little dps other than her ult
Ranked Play
Anivia isn't the most viable in solo queue due to the fact that she is easily countered. I would recommend having a duo partner or practice her a TON in draft.
Farming
This in very hard with
Anivia due to the fact that her auto attacks are very slow and hard to time properly. It is a good idea to practice last hitting creeps in a custom game. The difficulty with last hitting is that her attack animation includes her moving her wing across her body, which is very slow. Try to start your last hit a little before you would with a champion such as
Ashe or
Varus who's animations are relatively quick.
Summary
Anivia is a mid APC who thrives off of burst. She doesn't have a lot of sustain, but with a blue buff can farm for ages with her ult and q. She is a great choice for the mid lane, but the current meta doesn't seem to allow her to have a niche (I've only seen her played once out side
Anivia free week). Most importantly: GLHF AND KILL
