This is REALLY in progress. I plan on splitting up all the different builds with their starts. I'd like to note that you should take AP masteries and grab the mana regen from the Utility mastery tree. My runes at the moment are AD Marks, Armor Seals, MR Glyphs and AD Quints, but that's only because I haven't been able to afford to make a page for her and having AD Marks and Quints makes it much easier to CS with Nami. So for now they're good. I'm saving for flat AP Quints for her.
