although it works more in URF, I tried to bring it to a normal game that even works.
in my honest opinion, I think it’s better to do a Tank or Sustain for this new volibear ... because in AP he was very nerfed

Combo on URF
remember, always fight with the E shield
E + Q (if you don't hit the "E" right, just go back and wait for the skills to come back again; If you hit the "Q" next to the "E" start giving AA to stack your passive) + W + AA (3x) + Q
(right after hitting the "q" just go back to the minions, or if the enemy is already low on health just kill him in AA and W)
(if you take too much damage against your enemy, use the barrier + your "e" shield)
