Viable Summoner Spell Choices

Pros:
- Higher lane stay
- Easy to use
- Heal baiting :D
- Tower diving
Cons:
- Easy to waste
- Less useful late game
- Takes practice when to use for baiting and diving
Focus

Great for ganking and when teleporting into team fights. Also helpful when chasing to get more critical shots off. (If you calculate how much slowing potential compared to cost in mana it turns out 8 mana per shot is cheaper than 60 mana every 3 seconds)
Frost Shot

Ashe's bread and butter. This is what makes Ashe, well, Ashe! A 35% slow that you can turn on and off when you please. I max this first because no one will be able to reach you and it help once you get that Black Cleaver.
Volley

An AoE frost shot that does extra damage. I max this second because it gives you the best chance to get that extra damage and the early game AoE slow is GREAT!(If you calculate how much slowing potential, compared to cost in mana for volley and frost shot, it turns out 8 mana per shot is cheaper than 60 mana every 3 seconds)
Hawkshot

I think this ability is great on Ashe because of the vision it gives and the extra gold but it's not really worth it considering the other abilities she has.
Enchanted Crystal Arrow

A 3 second stun and AoE slow that flies the whole way across the map :D that I gotta have! This is Ashe's chaser ability. Use this when someone is chasing you when you are on low health or use from far away and teleport just before it hits for maximum damage.
This chapter will give differences between Ashe with a support and Ashe without a support.
The main difference between the two is survivability. With a support, Ashe rarely needs a
because she has that constant heal from a support. Whereas without a support Ashe will need a lot of
other wise she dies. Another difference is how aggressive you can be. With a support Ashe can be SUPER aggressive to other enemy champions and usually pick up a few kills but without one she tends to die... a lot.
IMO you should always try to go with a support if you have one but if you can't grab heal instead just to increase how long you can stay in lane.
My preferences in supports are:
I prefer Sona over all other champions because of her spamable heal and her ultimate stun. I also like her because of the utility she brings with her Q and E.
I think Soraka is the next best thing from Sona. Especially when versing a caster in your lane. Her silence make all the difference and her global heal makes sure you rarely die.
Janna is a great support for any AD character. She has a multi-target knock-up, a shield that gives you up to 50 AD, a slow that can probably save your life more than once and a heal that is another multi-target knockback. I doubt you'll die much with her sticking with you.

The Black Cleaver

I chose Infinity Edge

I obviously chose Vampiric Scepter

The Blood Thirster blood thirster is for extra damage and life steal. Really just an upgrade that I wanted from Vampiric Scepter

Phantom Dancer

This item is probably one of the closest to going into my core items because it gives me a bunch of movement speed, crit strike chance so that i can punch a hole in tanks and attack speed so that no one gets away.

This item is great to stop incoming CC and give you some extra health and mana it also comes with some magic resistance for nasty casters like

This item is a great choice because it gives you extra attack speed and a little bit of a health boost.
Another valuable item, I usually only get this if the enemy team is very heavy in AD or they have someone like
