Well. to start off, greater mark of armor penetration is really helpful in cleansing the world of filthy minions, you know?

then Greater Seal of Armor& Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist are pretty standard
for survivability and sustain.

Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed is pretty debatable. You can take those like me, if you want to arrive at certain places in the map faster, which is pretty normal for a splitpushing shen. but you can also take Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage for harder hitting.

farming wouldnt be a problem. just get your Avarice Blade early and start farming up, after your Statikk Shiv just build some meat like a Giant's Belt or some armor if ad Chain Vest or some MR Negatron Cloak

Since you're going to max Vorpal Blade, might as well poke that muthashipper in the face and call it a day. REMEMBER, has amazing kill potential.
