Get the leash from bot side. Either go:
-Blue->Gromp->Scuttle->Gank or Wolves
OR
-Red->Krugs->Scuttle->Gank (Raptors hurt way too much+you don't have aoe)

Use q to get a sort of auto reset. Use your shield and w (self-cast) after you've stunned them, because of the reset timer on the stun. (auto, q, auto, auto, wait till they're not stunned, shield, w, repeat)

If the enemy is on your tower, just walk up and q someone. Try to shield so you can protect your allies as well as yourself.
If the enemy is closer to their tower, jump (w) to a minion or ally and then q them.

Get close to the enemy... and punch em. Until they die. In a 1v2, always remember you can self-cast your w to increase your resistances.
