If you can start where your blue is because you are really mana dependent. You should save smite for red, so pop a potion while taking blue. From there go to your wolves and kite them while using your Q, don't run too far or they will reset. On your way to red you should be low, so Q the raptors and run past them. The damage you do to them over time should heal you for a big chunk. Kite and Q red ward the bush near it so it doesn't get stolen, and you die. From here you should gank an over extended lane, and then play by ear

Other Notes

Don't get greedy on kills, there will be more opportunities to get them so don't over extend for a single kill and get counter ganked. If you do turret dive try to have eyes on anyone that could get you. Eve is really squishy, but you can heal a lot from raptors, so if you're low just find a jungle camp with a lot of mobs, and poke and run.
