Introduction
LeBlanc is in my opinion the best assassin in the game, she has tons of mobility, tons of damage and a very flexible kit.
While laning in the early game, LeBlanc has one of the most burst damage in this whole game, so getting your enemies low and forcing them to back or kill them should be very easy. He does run out of mana pretty easy though, so try not to spam her abilities too much and either try to push your lane so you can recall or ask your jungler for the second blue buff. After her first back, her mana problems will disappear.
In team-fights, LeBlanc is very good at sneaking to the back-line of the enemy team and once-shoting squishies like ADCs and Midder. Be careful though, because LeBlanc is very squishy herself, and if she is caught with her W and flash on cooldown, she is pretty much dead. That doesn't happen very often though, as her W has a pretty short cooldown.
Whenever LeBlanc is below 40% health, she creates a controllable clone of herself for 8 seconds with 53 + (17 × LeBlanc's level) less health. She and her clone become stealthed for 1 second.
ACTIVE: LeBlanc projects an orb towards her target, dealing magic damage and marking the target for 3.5 seconds.
If the target takes damage from one of LeBlanc's abilities, the mark will trigger, dealing bonus magic damage.
FIRST CAST: LeBlanc rapidly dashes to a target location, damaging enemies within a 250-radius area and leaving behind a return pad. LeBlanc can activate Distortion again in the following 4 seconds.
ACTIVE: LeBlanc flings illusionary chains in a line, dealing magic damage and forming a tether to the first enemy it hits for 1.5 seconds. While the tether persists, the target is Slow icon slowed by 25%.
If the target does not leave the tether's range in time, they are Root icon rooted for 1.5 seconds and dealt the same magic damage.
ACTIVE: LeBlanc re-casts the spell she previously cast. The mimicked spell's effects are the same, but the damage is replaced with a different amount based on the rank of Mimic.
Some people think that maxing W first is better, because it gives you more mobility. I don't get it because:
1. Q does more damage then W if you activate the sigil.
2. W already has a pretty short cooldown, and if you dont spam it, it should be up most of the time.
At level 1 you shoudl not use your Q since you will not be able to activate the sigil and thus waste mana for only half the damage you would've otherwise dealt if you waited for level 2.
Poke combo at level 2: Q+W+W
Poke combo at level 3-6: Q+W+E+Q+W
Try to use E only when you are sure you will hit them, because it is pretty slow and it can be blocked by minions.
Poke combo at level 6+: Q+R+W+E+Q+W
Escape combo: Go in a bush, then W+R, walk until the last second that you can return to your W and then return. Your enemies will have no idea where you went and will be running around like headless chickens.
Another escape tip: When you want to escape, the best way is to go to a long wall and W over it. Your opponents will take a long time to go around the wall and by that time you will be to safety.
LeBlanc is an assassin so don't go in teamfights head-on. Instead, infiltrate their backlines through the jungle to get to their ADC and mage. You will most likely one shot them with the combos above and be able to easily return to safety.
Use Mimic to mimic:
Q - when you need more damage
W - when you need a big gap-closer
E - when you want to kite more

Always take flash! Although LeBlanc has great mobility with her W and R, those won't always be up, and if the enemy jungler is ganking, you're in trouble. Also, sometimes you can tower-dive and survive only because of flash.
You should always get ignite if you go in the mid lane, because most of the times, your enemies will escape your combo with just a sliver of health, and ignite is perfect for that! Just, make sure they don't have heal, or you will just waste it.
You can take teleport to gank other lanes, but since in removes one of you precious spell slots and you already have great mobility with W+R, it will be mostly useless.
If you just bought LeBlanc and want to learn to play her, you could get heal for the first 5 games, so that in case you mess up, you can survive. Other then that, it's pretty useless.

- 9x Greater Mark of Magic Penetration: More damage.
Alternatives:
NONE
- 9x Greater Seal of Health: Survive more trades.
Alternatives:
9x Greater Seal of Armor: If you are against an ADC mid (Varus,Ezreal...)
- 9x Greater Glyph of Magic Resist: More resistance. You need to rush a Void Staff as your third item though.
Alternatives:
9x Greater Glyph of Scaling Cooldown Reduction: Allows you to buy Sorcerer's Shoes instead of Ionian Boots, but I prefer a bit of safety over some MP, as your opponents will not have that much MR in the early game anyways.
9x Greater Glyph of Ability Power: Then you can get MP quints.
- 3x Greater Quintessence of Ability Power: More damage.
Alternatives:
3x Greater Quintessence of Magic Penetration: If you get AP glyphs
2x Greater Quintessence of Ability Power and 1x Greater Quintessence of Magic Penetration: This is better in higher elos when people build a lot of MR.
In masteries I take 21-0-9, focusing on AP and CDR in the offensive tree, and a tiny amount of AD to help me last-hit better. and on Buff duration and mana regen in the utility tree. You could also go 21-9-0, getting some health and MR in the defensive tree, but personally I prefer being more offensive with the utility tree. The full masteries are above.
