I'm working on this build which was inspired by "BEST RIVEN NA".
I have been trying this build again and again, and have came out with the best item build and also runes and masteries. Keep waiting for the full build and voting for me.

COMBO: Q Q Q W E IGNITE ULTIMATE

You do not certainly have a full combo, it depends on the situation and how close you and your enemies are. Use Q to close up and then W to stun your enemies,auto attack and chase down by using E. If they are not dead, Ignite and Ulti to pick up kill(s), when you can not take away more than half of their health do not Ignite and Ulti, think about how much damage you need to kill them.

Sometimes, you can you E first then W just to save your Q for later when you need to chase the hell out of your enemies, think about using Q or E carefully on any situations.

EARLY GAME.

Use your Q and W to farm, it doesn't take mana so use it when possible, be careful with the cooldown.
E to give you an amour so you will take less damage from minions. Try to get First Blood and do not push too hard, keep the waves in the middle of the lane. FARM FARM FARM and get BT as fast as possible.

MIDDLE GAME.

Keep farming and pushing, do not go to any other lanes unless you can get kills.
Help out your teamates after you got the enemy's turret. Keep your eyes on the other lanes. Do not forget to farm, FARMING is important, 15 minions = 1 kill so think about it wisely, it doesn't worth if you just go roaming around and get no kill.

LATE GAME.
Nothing much to say. Keep doing what you have been doing.
