this build is not a troll. with this build you are capable of 1v1ing nearly every single champion in league. your burst damage destroys adc. you do a ton of damage to people with little armour. and people with armour you can still destroy. your mana from serephs will allow you to absorb a fairly large amount. you can heal your teamates and you can just absorb some damage.
