Flash or Ghost?

Flash in my opinion is not the better choice on Nasus because of the larger Cooldown, and Ghost helps close the gap during fights allowing you to land multiple Q's on your enemy.

Rundown on Core Items

Trinity Force should always be bought on Nasus unless they somehow have like 3 or 4 tanks. The passive really ties in with your Stormraider's Surge so you can outrun people trying to peel away. Also the stats are nice, and the 2nd passive will especially shine when you buy Bloodthirster.

Spirit Visage is a great item on Nasus. Even if they only have 1 unfed AP it couldn't hurt to get because the passive buffs into Soul Eater and starts making you unstoppable. The additional stats are nice as well. The Health Regen help keep you from Recall ing back too often so you can have time to stack your Siphoning Strike.

Bloodthirster is what makes you a God. In 1v1's, with this along with Spirit Visage you can probably outheal a lot of champs, especially your top lane matchup. Bloodthirster is a must-have on Nasus because of the massive sustain it provides, and also the Attack Damage can make your Siphoning Strike hurt pretty bad, even if you don't have 10,000,000 stacks.

Pros / Cons

Pros:

1. Great pushing power.

2. Good mid game.

3. Amazing late game.

4. Tanky af boi, but also does huge damage later on.

Cons:

1. Pretty bad early game.

2. You will get poked a lot depending on the matchup.

3. Q requires a LOT of farming to maximize your damage.

Farming

Sometimes you want to not E or auto as you farm to allow yourself to get as many Siphoning Strike stacks as possible. As you get stacks, try and memorize the amount of damage it does based on the amount of stacks so you don't mess up your Siphoning Strike. DO NOT use Spirit Fire to farm early game. It's a big waste of mana and does barely any damage. Wait to use it for late game.
