Darius can easily be shut down early game if your jungler comes top once or twice. With how hard Camille can snowball and how hard Darius can be set back, you should be fine as long as he doesn't roam and get kills while you're just farming or split pushing. But I will say, if he's fed, you're screwed beyond belief.
Dr. Mundo
I hate Dr Mundo. He does way too much damage early game, is way too tanky in the mid game, and is practically unkillable come late game. The only way to shut him down is to get your entire team on him, and even then, I've seen Mundos building full tank and 1v5ing.
Fiora
Fiora is an interesting champ. She, like Camille, has an incredibly high skill ceiling. I've never played against a good Fiora before, or maybe Camille just beats her out entirely, but as long as you don't get camped by their jungler, you should be fine.
Gangplank
Let me list off the annoyingness of Gangplank. % missing health heal, true damage, free 625 range auto attack that applies on hit effects, a cleanse, way too much range, and the ability to crit with splash damage.
Jax
No.
Gnar
Like I said with Fiora, I've never versed a good enough Gnar to know for sure, but I almost always go even with them or beat them, so I'm unsure.
Kennen
Ranged poke to keep you low at almost all times, a free disengage, potentially multiple stuns, a great teamfight, and amazing engage.
Illaoi
No.
Nasus
Nasus lanes depend entirely on what runes you take and how much CS you can zone from the Nasus. I wouldn't say it's an incredibly difficult lane, but if you get ganked once or twice from their jungler, you're almost guaranteed to lose lane, or at least first brick.
Olaf
No.
Ornn
Ornn isn't actually that bad to fight in my opinion. Just poke him down as much as you can and try to avoid his Es, potentially even cancel his with yours.
Tryndamere
Free crit, a heal, a engage/disengage, AD reduction, and the ability to NOT DIE for 5 WHOLE SECONDS.
Ryze
Stop playing Ryze top. Please.
Sion
Sion is definitely a skill matchup, though he does outscale you in terms of tankiness, but does fall off in damage. I would recommend a Blade of the Ruined King to counter this.
Vladimir
Do I even have to say anything? Let me put it this way. I'm BAD at Vlad, and even I can easily 1v2 against a one trick Camille and their jungler.
Wukong
Annoying, but beatable if you outskill them.
Yasuo
Yet again, completely a skill matchup. A good enough Yasuo can dodge every W and E that comes his way, and disengage from you fairly easily. Though to be fair, Camille can dodge every tornado that comes to her, with the speed from her Q and a Phage, as well as completely ignoring them with her ult.
Yorick
Quite easy to fight if you can dodge his Es pre level 6. Once he gets the maiden out, focus it down unless Yorick is extremely low, because his ghouls will wail down on you and burst you surprisingly fast.
Most of the time you're completely reliant on your E and W to fight. If you miss both of those on most enemies, you're not going to be winning the fight. Always remember how much movement speed you can get from your Q as well, it can be a life saver at times. Your ult should only ever be used at the start of a fight, to dodge a skillshot, or to catch someone trying to run away. A good example of this would be against an Ahri. You can either ult her at the start of the fight so that she has to fight you, use it to dodge her E so that she has no more CC, or use it when she tries to escape (typically with her ult). TL;DR, Q for speed and damage, W for heal and slow, E for dash, stun, and attack speed, and R for catch or dodge.
