Jungling
In the video below it will show you the normal jungle route for

Firstly there are 2 Types of Wards. Sight Ward &
Vision Ward
The green ward is your standard ward giving you vision in an area around it.
Wriggles Lantern has an in-built ward in it, you can use it every 3 minutes.
You use these to protect you from ganks and give you vision on their team.
e.g. If you're bottom lane and a ward from top spots their jungle, your lane is automatically able to play super aggresive because their jungler is top and he cannot get to bottom quick enough to help.
A
Vision Ward is the exact same as a Sight Ward only that it reveals invisible objects and champions. e.g If they have a
Twitch roaming around, it would be smart to
Vision Ward your lane. (a.k.a pink ward) The pink ward can also reveal the green wards and other pink ones. The most common areas
Vision Ward's are used are
Baron and
Dragon
Below are some images of the most important areas you should ward if you are on Blue Side

Now time for Purple Side

This item is Godlike, after casting a spell your next auto attack will deal your base attack damage + the amount of AP you have. Example, if you have 142 attack damage and you have 652 AP your next hit after casting a spell will deal roughly about 796 damage.(keep in mind this is not calculating armor/magic resist)
+80 AP
+30 Magic Resist
+7% Movement Speed

This item is a Must Have on all AP CASTERS! It is one of the best, if not the best AP item in the game. It stats are so beneficial to any AP Caster, be it one with mana or one without mana. (applies to all AP except for

+140 AP
+Increases your current AP by 30%

These boots give insane amounts of speed, which means they are the best boots to get for

+Movement Speed + 2
+Out of Combat for 5 seconds, Movement Speed + 5
When it says out of combat it means not hitting anything and not getting hit. You can still use your spells just make sure it doesn't hit anything. Not too sure about healing yourself will have to try it one day.

These are the THREE items I always get on

I'll be telling you the tips and tricks I've learnt while play the Cow.
The first major thing you should learn how to do is the "
Headbutt+
Pulverize" Combo.
This is a deadly combo, you use your
Headbutt to get straight to the enemy and immediately
Pulverize. Achieving this saves you the time of having to walk up to the enemy and using
Pulverize. In the second video of this guide is an example of it. It comes with consequences though. If you miss your
Pulverize due to bad timing or not hitting your
Headbutt it will cost you to either waste mana or
Headbutt the enemy away resulting in you losing a kill.
Another small tip, just when minions are about to die. Try to use your
Triumphant Roar to heal if you are missing health. By the time the minions die your
Triumphant Roar will be off cooldown again availible for almost 2 consecutive uses if you time it right.
Another thing to keep in mind is that if the enemy is close to a wall but you're not in range for a
Pulverize just
Headbutt them into the wall this will keep them stunned there for a bit and you will dash to where they where. Which is near the wall meaning you can walk a few steps while they are pinned to the wall and then
Pulverize.
When you are fighting and you seem to be losing the fights
Pulverize &
Headbutt the enemy away, run into bushes and wait for cooldowns. Just don't give up so many times I have out juked my opponents long enough for the second round of my burst to come up and finish them off when they could have just easily hit me once or twice for the kill.
You're
Headbutt allows you to ram enemy minions / creeps if you just came out of a tower dive and you're the one tanking try using
Headbutt on an enemy minion to get out instead of wasting flash.
