Who is Darius and why play him?

There is no greater symbol of Noxian might than Darius, the nation's most feared and battle-hardened warrior. Orphaned at a young age, Darius had to fight to keep himself and his younger brother alive. By the time he joined the military, he had already developed the strength and discipline of a veteran soldier. The first true test of Darius's resolve occurred in a crucial battle against Demacia, where the Noxian forces were exhausted and outnumbered. Darius's captain called for his troops to retreat, but Darius refused to accept such an act of cowardice. Breaking formation, Darius strode towards the captain and decapitated him with one sweep of his gigantic axe. Both terrified and inspired, the soldiers followed Darius into battle and fought with incredible strength and fervor. After a long and grueling battle, they ultimately emerged victorious.

Seizing momentum from this victory, Darius led his now fiercely loyal troops in a devastating campaign against Demacia. After proving his power on the battlefield, Darius turned his gaze homeward. He saw a Noxus riddled with weakness, where greedy, complacent nobles drained the nation's strength. Seeking to restore his country to greatness, Darius took it upon himself to reshape the Noxian leadership. He identified weak figureheads and violently removed them from their positions of power. Many in Noxus saw Darius's cull as an attempt to seize power, but he had a different plan for the throne. He had been watching the rise of Jericho Swain with keen interest. In Swain, Darius saw a leader with the mind and determination to bring Noxus to glory. Now allied with the Master Tactician, Darius works to unite the nation behind his vision of true Noxian strength.

"A united Noxus could control the world - and would deserve to."

Darius is currently broken to the point of OPness. Sure he might have had his ulti nerfed, but with this build, his ultimate is on a 52 second cooldown. His ultimate is also game changing. The other team may score a quadra kill, but if they don't kill you and they all are low, you are basically guaranteed a penta.

Pros / Cons

He has high damage
Once you hit level 6 you get a free kill
Has natural Penetration

Can be built tanky and still do high damage
Has an aoe pull
His ult deals true damage
His other abilities do Physical Damage
His passive deals magic damage

No sustain
Until you learn the range of his pull and q he is harder to use and can be kited
Early game you cant repeatedly use your ult without going oom
His passives damage falls off lategame
Against sustained opponents like Cho'Gath you will never kill them and will have to back frequently

Cool, so now that you have finished reading Pros/Cons lets continue on.

Passive: Hemorrhage/ Causes the target to bleed taking magic damage over time, stacks up to 5 times, also works with ultimate to increase damage the more stacks the target has.

Q: Decimate: Swings you axe in a quick circle, applies 1 stack of Hemorrhage and enemies hit on the blade portion of the axe take bonus damage. Spam this late game when farming, fighting, killing, taking down towers (Don't unless their are minions attacking you)

W: Crippling Strike: Causes next aa to deal bonus damage and slows the targets move speed and attack speed. Use this after pulling targets in.

E: Apprehend: Pulls enemies towards Darius in a cone. Also has some Armor Penetration.

R: Noxian Guillotine: Darius jumps forward and dunks the target :P Darius deals true damage and the damage is increased the more stacks the target has of Hemorrhage. If this kills the target it can be recast in the next 12 seconds. This can be repeatedly used until the entire enemy team dies, or you use it to early and dont score the kill with it. Use it when target has around 200,300,600-700 health depending on its level.

Darius combo is E,Q,W,AA,Q,AA and then proceed to use Q W and AA until the target is low enough to ult.
