Introduction
Pros:
1) Extremely High Damage
2) Ability to pull champions toward him
3) Very good early game
4) Decent mid game-if he did well early on
5) True Damage Ult w/ a killing blow refresh
6) Built in percentage armor pen.
7) Some soft CC
Cons:
1) No sustain
2) No Escapes
3) Horrid scaling-making a terrible late game unless he's fed like crazy and the enemies are noobing out.
4) Low mana pool- especially in the early game
5) Highly susceptible to CC. Many characters are but Darius especially due to his other cons.
6) Low Range
7) Pull in move requires some skill or you'll just pull in the whole enemy team
8) One of the most easily kited characters in a long time
9) Blows up in teamfights unless he's properly positioned
10) Due to these cons: ranged, mobile, sustain, etc. etc. characters with any of these qualities can easily beat Darius. Aka, many of the characters in the game.
Note that Darius has many Cons, but play him just right, and you will be indestructible.

In this section, we will look at Darius' abilities...
Passive:
Hemmorhage - Darius aims his attacks strategically, causing his target to bleed. This effect stacks up to five times.
Darius' passive makes his basic attacks stack on his target. This is denoted by a drop of blood circling them. On the fifth basic attack, a mark will appear above the target. This means that the target is bleeding. Performing like an Ignite, it is a DOT. It is useful if your ultimate is on cooldown or if you do not wish to use it on the particular enemy. A lot of the time, this will get you kills.
Q:
Decimate - Darius swings his axe in a wide circle. Enemies struck by the blade take more damage than those struck by the handle.
Deals 70/105/140/175/210 (+0.7) physical damage to all nearby enemies in a circle. Champions in the outer half of the ability are struck by the blade, taking 50% additional damage.

This is Darius' farming and initiation ability. Use the outer part of the circle of this ability to deal 50% more extra damage than the inner circle. You can also use his ability to finish off the enemy if you weren't able to do so with your ultimate.
W:
Crippling Strike - Darius's next attack strikes a crucial artery. As they bleed out, their movement and attack speed is slowed. Crippling Strike's cooldown is lower the more bloodied its target.
The next basic attack deals 120/140/160/180/200% damage and slows the target's movement and attack speed by 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds.
Crippling Strike's base cooldown is reduced by 1 second for each stack of Hemorrhage on the target.

This is one of Darius' two utility abilities. This ability powers your next basic attack in such a manner that it reduces your enemy's movement and attack speed by upto 40%. This can be extremely useful for landing stacks of Hemmorhage and chasing enemies.
E:
Apprehend - Darius hones his axe, passively causing his physical damage to ignore a percentage of his target's Armor. When activated, Darius sweeps up his enemies with his axe's hook and pulls them to him.
Passive: Darius's physical damage ignores 5/10/15/20/25% of his target's Armor.
Active: Pulls in all enemies in front of Darius.

This is Darius' second utility ability. It pulls any enemies/buffs/minions in a cone in front of him. This is a useful initiation tool but can put you in deeeeeep **** if you pull more than, maybe 2 enemies. This is useful to initiate a teamfight if your team and you are hiding in a bush.
R:
Noxian Guillotine - Darius leaps to an enemy champion and strikes a lethal blow, dealing true damage. This damage is increased for each stack of Hemorrhage on the target. If Noxian Guillotine is a killing blow, its cooldown is refreshed for a brief duration.
Leaps to target enemy champion and strikes a lethal blow, dealing 160/250/340 (+0.75) true damage.
For each stack of Hemorrhage on the target, Noxian Guillotine deals an additional 20% damage.
Maximum Damage: 640
If Noxian Guillotine kills the target, Darius may recast Noxian Guillotine for 12 seconds.

FINALLY!!! THE ULTIMATE! Noxian Guillotine is Darius' ultimate and is a true damage ultimate that nukes a single enemy dealing 640 damage (without any items). This ability can be useful for closing small distances but is not suggested. After the Darius nerf patch, Darius' ult was modified. So now, if Noxian Guillotine kills the enemy, it can be recast, but only within the next 12 seconds. Even then, this ability is useful because a teamfight might last only 12 seconds.
