I have a few recommendations.
1) I'm slightly confused as to why previous posters said that the only runes for Nocturne, at least for marks, are Greater Mark of Attack Speed. Nocturne works equally well with Greater Mark of Armor Penetration and Greater Mark of Attack Damage, and he can also use Greater Quintessence of Armor Penetration and Greater Glyph of Magic Resist. He has multiple choices and works well with any of them. I recommend you add an addendum stating that players can use any of them and do well.
2) Nocturne is a decent Bruiser (Off-Tank), and this is the safer pick, but it isn't the most enjoyable. Nothing is as fun as a pure 21/9/0, Trinity Force+ Youmuu's Ghostblade+ Spirit of the Elder Lizard Assassin build with the Eternal Nightmare. I suggest you add in a damage build to give others more... variety, I suppose.
3) Remove Wriggle's Lantern from your build as an option whatsoever. While Madred's Razors is an acceptable option if you're planning on rushing into your Core Build (thus not wasting time on building a Spirit item), Wriggle's Lantern just plain and simple sucks, and isn't worth wasting gold on.
4) Add in additional options for Offense and Defense. Mercurial Scimitar offers more Magic Resist than Maw of Malmortius, and Maw is rarely worth upgrading out of Hexdrinker. Spirit Visage meshes well with Nocturne because he builds Lifesteal, and it offers a ****-ton of MR. Youmuu's Ghostblade is undeniably a better pick for Nocturne than Black Cleaver ever since the Cleaver nerfs. Spirit of the Elder Lizard is a perfectly viable option for Nocturne when you're going for hitting like a truck early in the game. You have two Sunfire Aegiss under your Defense options; might want to take one out.
5) There's a few grammatical and spelling errors here and there. You might want to read over your guide carefully to make sure you purge them. I've done with mine multiple times and still occasionally find a few.
There's a lot of promise here; you just need to work on it some more.
thank you Starki113r for the feed back I will be sure to make the updates

I have to disagree with your summary, Noctourne is not always a good pick.
Imagine if you have no tanks.
That is why you would build Nocturne as a tank
Imagine if you have no tanks.
However, the guide had good information with good coding, though it could have been longer.
