Hello TF lovers, this build/guide is to show how I play twisted fate my preferred build and runes and ideology about TF, I think he is a great champion for mid but his early game can be a bit underwhelming at times, This guide is mainly my take on twisted fate and the way in which I think he is the most enjoyable to play.

In the laning phase, you are primarily trying to auto-attack your enemy champion when they are trying to last hit minions with auto-attacks, any time your jungeler comes around you can set up ganks really well or bait your enemy into engaging you just so you can press W to get your yellow card and as long as your jungeler has a decent amount of damage most of the time you will either get a flash from your enemy laner or they die giving you or your jungeler a kill, against any laner who has less wave clear you want to shove the lane into them, but when you are doing that be careful to not get ganked by the enemy jungeler, against bad lanes or enemies with more wave clear you should just be trying to get as many minions as you can last hit during the laning phase.

When you hit level 6 you unlock your ultimate allowing you to make roams with enemies not able to match them, but before you roam make sure the mid-wave is pushing towards the enemy tower with a cannon minion or even better pushed in all the way if you make a roam it is advised to do it botside as jungelers and top laners are usually pretty strong in a 1v2 or 2v2 scenario and you might find yourself respawning if your toplaner reacts slightly too late, any time you make an ult play ping that you are coming and try to let your bot lane know before you ultimately press R and spawn at bot without them knowing you were doing this beforehand.

When the laning phase is over you can do 2 things, 1 is looking to group mid with your team the second is trying to split push or just matching a side lane so that you can either get a tower that is low health or push the wave in and make an ult play to help your team or just go mid, wait for when the dragon spawns place your pinkward at the dragon and try to zone enemy champions from getting into the drake pit with your stun card or q if there are less than 3 enemies trying to get through if more be careful trying to do this as you don't want to get engaged on by the entire enemy team and potentially lose the drake, Twisted fate is really good at getting a pick on the enemy team or just throwing his yellow card on an enemy who is out of position making them killable by your team or allowing your team to disengage if needed.

I am not planning on adding a lot of sections I, however, will be willing to answer your questions about playing twisted fate in this way and will be trying to update it monthly I am currently more focussed on making another guide better whenever I have time but if I find some time left or league is down I will be spending some more time updating this guide as I think Twisted Fate is the most fun midlaner in the game.
