Basics of this Build is to - not farm. As such You take the 2 Runes that give you gold. Bottom red side or top blue side is easier to pull off but both are do-able.
From the red side:
Blue>Frog>Gank mid or bot>, You can then gank top directly after the first gank or get red > Golems or gank top > Look for Turtle > Gank mid > Look for other turtle > Gank mid or bot, or buy.
From the Blue side:
Red>Golems > gank bot or mid > Blue or gank mid > Blue or gank top > Turtle > Look mid or second turtle > Gank Bot or mid or Buy.

Identify the next big objective based off winning lanes:
Stronger top:
Setup for harold
Stronger Top:
Setup for Dragon.
From the red side:
