Plus:
-Insane late game damage (q does up to 900 AD +600 AP)
-Fantastic Burst
-Ult hits like a freight train
-Hybrid, building one Damage resist type won't shut you down

Cons:
-Weak early game: you don't hit a big spike until muramana finishes stacking.
-Have to take extra CDR in Runes compared to Blue build etc.
-Building both MR and Armor will reduce your damage significantly, due to a lack of pen items.
