Hello there, this is my guide for Ekko.

Ekko is a scrappy laner that excels in long fights while also dealing surprising burst. I played him on the PBE (a lot) and found that he is a great champion.
I plan to outline the dos and donts for all three of his viable positions, mid, top,and jungle in this guide, so if you only need one feel free to skip sections as necessary.

If you cant find the other builds the arrows at the very top switch between them.

Nashors Tooth

Dont do it. You are in and out of there too fast for the attack speed to be any good, and at most your only going to get one or two autos off per target so the consistent AP damage is lost.

Ludens Echo

Ludens may grant more AP then Lich Bane, but Lich Bane has a better AP ratio on its active, applies it on more abilities, and has a much lower cooldown. Overall i believe it is the better item. For the argument of getting both, I think you sacrifice too much in health for it to be effective, and become too much of a glass cannon to survive many fights.

You have much better options. Between biscuits, the RoA and masteries you should be fine on mana in lane, and be able to get other items that are outright better.
