I've played a lot of Aatrox this season both top and mid, but I've been having much more success mid than top. Your influence on the game is immediate, your roams highly effective and the ability to snowball is drastically increased as you can more freely take Ignite into squishier matchups that wont be able to handle all the kill pressure you have. Electrocute is better than Conqueror in my opinion, it hits harder, easier to proc and is more effective at all stages of the game. As Aatrox you will consistently be hitting enemies with 3 abilities, the added burst damage of electrocute makes Aatrox's undeniable nature even more dominant. The sub-runes in the domination tree also synergize nicely with Aatrox's kit and the build as a whole. Coupled with Triump and Cut the Grass you will be an unstoppable killing machine. Just play safe level 1 as most midrange matchups outrange you, but once you hit level 2 and have your e the kill pressure and ability to proc electrocute are immediately available. Come level 3 you can all in your opponent. Aatrox also make his lane easy to gank as he has 4 forms of CC, couple that with any jungler with their own cc and the opposing midlaner is either dead or burning their sums. Aatrox benefits from being mid as his roams are highly effective, he can easily take scuttle crabs, and roaming Top or Bot is impactful and easy. I highly recommend you all try this build, not only is it satisfying and fun, but I've come to think it is the optimal way to play Aatrox in Season 11. Good luck guys and have fun!
