This is the first guide I've created and i want to it to be on my favorite role with a very fun jungler. Shaco is a jungler that will nearly ALWAYS guarantee you first blood. He is a very elusive assassin and in laning phase the laners and the enemy jungler will fear for their lives.

Please comment anything you may disagree with so that i can improve this guide.

- Very strong through the early game
- Has a very good escape/gap closer with a low cooldown - Deceive(Q)
- Has Clone that can save your life/confirm your kills
- Fun to play
- Can solo dragon at level 6

Cons
- Can fall late game
- Very mana hungry
- No sustain in the jungle
- Clone isn't as effective in saving your life if you have buffs or sheen.
- If you fail the red buff invade it can set you back a lot.
- Isn't the best for team fights

When the game starts and you have your items head straight to your blue buff. You will not need a leash so just ask your team mates to guard in case of an invade (you wont want to be caught by yourself). At the 0:56 - 0:57 mark start placing boxes behind where the ancient golem spawns. Stack as many boxes as you can before you spawn. Do not use your smite on your blue buff. The boxes will tank the ancient golem and will kill it very fast.

DO NOT DO THIS VERSING CHAMPIONS SUCH AS LEE SIN, HE WILL BE ABLE TO DUEL YOU AND KILL YOU. YOU MAY ALSO WASTE YOUR OWN TIME GOING TO THE ENEMY RED BUFF IF VERSING AN ENEMY JUNGLER WHO IS MANALESS EG. LEE SIN, ZAC, RENGAR, TRYNDAMERE. IT IS BETTER TO TAKE YOUR OWN RED THEN RACE THEM TO THEIR BLUE BUFF.

After you have cleared the camp and have your Deceive(Q), run to dragon/baron pit and Deceive(Q) over the wall and sit in the edge of the red buff brush so you can see the Lizards. Stack the boxes inside the brush not too close to the lizards and wait for your victim. Once you see the enemy jungler do not instantly attack them. Let them tank the red buff and either out smite them or just attack them. Most junglers will be low health and will be an easy kill for you. Do not instantly Deceive(Q) on to them just run out of the brush and attack them and if they flash then Deceive(Q) after them and take your first kill of the game. After you have claimed your first blood and cleared their red buff, gank the mid lane by Deceiving(Q) so that you're invisible and begin attacking them. Use your Two Shiv(E) to slow them if they get away. The outcome of this you will claim your second kill, your mid laner gets a kill or the enemy mid laner is without a flash, all is good for your team. After you have done this take your red buff. While taking your red buff be prepared for an attack as the enemy jungler that you slaughtered may come to claim your buff, but you out level them and therefore out damage them so claim yourself another kill.

Another trick you can do which you reach level 6, have blue buff, smite, have your madreds razor and dragon is vision warded; is Place a jack in the box(W) behind dragon and when it attacks the box use Hallucinate(R) and order it to attack dragon. Once the dragon has killed the box and it is attacking your clone, Deceive(Q) behind the dragon and begin attacking it from behind. Continually place boxes beside the dragon, when it's low enough smite it and go back to farming/ganking.

Okay for the skill sequence while ganking should be as followed;
Deceive(Q) before you leave the brush so that you can close the cap between yourself and the enemy and so that they are unaware of you as you stand directly behind them. When you are behind your enemy, place a Jack in the box(W) where they will try to escape. After this continually basic attack while standing behind your enemy, the Two shiv(E) passive will keep them slowed so do not use the active unless they flash or use another escape ability to get away from you.
Always attempt to auto attack from behind to make use of your passive (Back stab).

During mid/late game for a strong damage outcome do the following.
Deceive(Q) towards your enemy and basic attack them from behind. After you have revealed yourself use Hallucinate(R) and control your clone to attack your victim. Always attempt to basic attack them from behind. If the person flashes away or uses another ability use your Two shiv(E) and your Deceive(Q) to catch back up to them.

Shaco is a very elusive assassin and can make very awesome and funny escapes. When being chased by an enemy don't Deceive(Q) in front of yourself, Deceive(Q) behind the person chasing you or over the wall. A funny trick that is good to learn is when you're being chased by enemies, use Hallucinate(R) and hold down S to stop yourself from doing anything and control your clone with R to walk away, your enemies will believe it is you and will follow your clone. Another tip when trying to evade your enemies is to run to a brush and place down a jack in the box(W)
