Akshan is Dangerous one, with his ability to become invisible, he can kill you in a blink of eye, but hes attack speed is equal to senna, abuse of this, try to ambush him, because him is vulnerable.
Alistar
Alistar has knockup and knockback skills, but you can easily evade with your E, so when you see his going towards against you just backup and wait the right time.
Aphelios
Aphelios has only one weapon it is equal to caitlyn range, is the Calibrum, knowing this every other weapon has less range than yours, two things are the Gravitum, has the power to stun you, and the Infernum has a great damage, but basicaly just wait for his waste the ammunition of this two weapons to go on.
Ashe
Ashe is a medium one, his slow and her ultimate is annoying, but she is fragile like a paper, just wait her waste her ultimate before go on to kill.
Bard
The only Threat bard's have againts you is his stun and his slow from passive, considering his stun is hard to hit on you, beware and becarful being close to walls and minions, and never fight on close areas of jungle, it is a bad idea.
Blitzcrank
If you get cought by blitzcrank you will die for sure, unless you waste your flash to evade his E, so stay behind the minions and wait for he waste the grab to go against him.
Braum
Braum has a lot of slow abilities, and you can evade easily,qait for his to use his shield, try to avois his Q if you get hit by it, keep distance with your E, and wait for the mark runs out and go carefuly to try kill him being becarefuly with his ultimate
Draven
Draven has less range than you, but hes axes does ALOT of damage,
even if you use your E to run, he gonna uses hes E to give you slow and eventually kill you, abuse of
excessive range you have and poke him slowly, not giving chece to he poke back.
Ezreal
Ezreal is a annoying one, higher poke damage and alot of extra range with hes abillities, it is same as draven, poke him without giving chance by he poke you back, stays behind the minions and make hes waste the intire mana, and if you are not being camped, just preassure him under the tower for him lose CS's.
Galio
Galio have a hard offensive against you, because he's dash and the taunt from his W, pay attention to use your E to evade and keep distance, only fight on his cooldowns.
Janna
Janna is pretty easy to kill, the only annoying thing about her is the slow he put on you with zephyro (E), if you been catch by her tornado the gap of kill above you is tiny, for you to kill her is you avoiding her tornado and go against her, being careful with the adcarry.
Jhin
Jhin is another medium one, you has alot more range than him, but his 4° shot hurts a little, one thing that you can exploit is the cooldown for he reload his gun, and you can preassure he under the tower for he less CS's.
Jinx
Jinx has alot of clear wave and when she is hit Fishbone, she has a little bit of range to fight against you,Fish bones waste a little bit of mana, so abuse of this, if you try to preassure her under the tower, she will be force to use the fishbones to not let you do this and eventually waste the entire mana, but she can hits you with W giving you a considerable Slow for her support do something, so be careful.
Kai'Sa
Kai'sa will have alot of problems to deal with you, she dosen't have any offensive against you without her support, just like Jhin preassure her under the tower to make her lose CS's, because just like caitlyn she has a tiny attack speed in the beginning of the game, just be careful to not let her explode her mark on you, becase will hurt a little bit, and by this she can turn the lane against you easily.
Kalista
Kalista is another easy one, but if you do the wrong this against her she can turn the lane againt you easily, on the that is worth to quot, is the spears by the passive of the E, this will do alot of damage, and her ultimate can **** you up so advance be carefully, you can put her under the tower easily, this will bake her lose CS's, but be sure to act carefully after her level 6, becasue the gap of killing is huge.
Karma
Karma is a hard poke peel champion, but she has a tiny gap to kill you if you pay alot of attention, the great offensive her have against you is his R + Q has a great AOE damage and slow, her Q without her ultimate, do AOE damage when hit on minions so keep distance, if her put her chain on you, just try to run or turn into her adcarry, play with her cooldowns because it is high.
Kog'Maw
Kog'Maw is a curious one, he will have more range than you with his W, and his Q break armor and the E will give you slow, you can easily kill him, but if you do in the wrong way, he is gonna turn the lane against you easily, try to make an ambush.
Leona
the only thing i say to you, KEEP DISTANCE, if her hit you with her E, she will CC lock with her Q and Ultimate, and you eventualy you gonna die, leona is one of the most hard champions to deal with it, the only tip ai give to you is, just wait she miss something to try something,

Lucian
Lucian has less range than you but the thing is, he have a easy burst damage, because the reset of Auto Attacks, the tip is to wait he waste his Dash, and go carefully to kill.

Lux is a easy champion to deal, because she miss the Q is pretty easy to kill, the only annoying thing is her poke with E, this will do a little bit of damage but not as big deal, just be sure to avoid.
Maokai
Maokai is not the most popular one in the support role, but eventually will have some crazy one of the head to pick up this champion, against him, the brushes on the lane is gonna be useless, because he will puts his plants there, he has an a stun point n' click and a stun with his ultimate that is a basically the entier lane, the stun of the maokai is pretty short so don't worry, just play near your tower.
Miss Fortune
Miss fortune has the annoying ability his E, that large area gives you slow, but the thing is their Q bounce in the minions, and if he kill the minion and hits you, will do an a GREAT damage, her engage is easy, she will come with the move speed from W, she will walk towards you, Launch E to give slow, and ults you,wait she waste, his E to go for the kill.
Morgana
Morgana is pretty easy, as the same as lux has to hit you with the her Q, morgana is the same, but different than lux, morgana's Q has alot more time of stun and his poke is unavoidable, it is instantly.
Nami
Nami has a stable lane phase, but you can break busting her, try to stay out of her range and near of the minions, she gonna try to hit you with the bubble and his water bounce through the minions ands hits you, it is a annoying poke.
Nautilus
Nautilus is a leona 2.0, he has stun on Auto Attack, his Q is large and hard to evade, and the ultimate is Point in Click, the tip is, stay behind the minions for evade his Q, and if he use the ultimate on you, use caitlyn's E, to gain ground, only fight against him if he misses everything.
Neeko
Neeko is not a popular one on supporte role, but eventualy you gonna find one,the thing about her on bot lane, is her stun, because goes through the minions and you get more time stuned , her ultimate is a stun AOE, and her's Q, is an a annoying poke, take distance and only agressive when she miss the stun, being carefully with her ultimate.
Pantheon
Pantheon is not a popular one on supporte role, but eventualy you gonna find one, Pantheon on lane support role act like an a assasin, with his W + Passive that is a stun point n' click, he can easily burst and kill you in a second, so when you see a pantheon going towards against you with 5 stacks just run, only fight against him without the 5 stacks.
Pyke
it is a little bit hard to evade on pyke, just try to not get hit by his Q, becasue after he gonna try to stun you with his E and you gonna get executed by his ultimate so be careful and stay behind de minions.
Rakan
Rakan is another pain in the *** support to deal with it, it is so frustating playing against, he can deal damage on you and back off, and you can't do nothing, in a lane against rakan don't try to kill him, just focus on evade his ultimatea and Knock up and his feather that he throw on you to heal herself and his adcarry, and focus on kill adc, is gonna be hard, but is de only way.
Rell
Rell is medium support to get it throught her, it is only keep distance, and look out about her W and ultimate, you can easily kill her, beacuse she dosen't has escape, unless he uses her flash.
Samira
Samira has to be Melee with you to give a greater damage, and it is easy for you to waste her W, that skill block every skillshot and Auto Attack by range, after she waste her W just go for the kill because she dosen't have any offensive against you, just pay attention on her passive, in the moment she get on S Rank, she is gonna ult, evade the ultimate with yours E, wait it ends and go for the kill, because she has nothing more offensive to do against you.
Senna
Senna is a hard one, because her range are too big, into the late game he can have a higher range than caitlyn, but into the lane phase the only offensive her have on you is her W, is a stun on AOE, play with his W cooldown, and try to not get his by his Q, and not get hit twice, becasue her's passive hurts a little.
Seraphine
Seraphine is an a easy one?, yes and no, she is a fragile one like Sona(Kekw), keep attention on her passive, and fortified abillites, her pokes are constantly, her E are a conderable slow, and her ultimate is a charm so be carefull, if you hear her singing loud, pay attention because she is gonna ult.
Shen
Shen is not a popular one on supporte role, but eventualy you gonna find one, shen has his taunt, this is the only skill you have to care about it, another annoying thing is his ultimate, he can ult the adcarry and give to him a giant shield, just keep distance and play by the cooldown of his E because it is a high cooldown.
Sivir
The only annoying thing about sivir is her Q and E, is easy to kill Sivir, she has no escape skills, just becareful to not ult when she has E, because caitlyn's ultimate get canceled by sivir E, waste her E after ult on her.
Sona
Sona is a easy one right? yes and no, just like the seraphine (Kekw) she is a fragile one, very very fragile, but the annoying thing is she gives move speed and heal to her adc very easily, in this case because every skills of her has a small cooldown, you have to avoid or make her miss the ultimate, and after this became easily to kill.
Soraka
Soraka is a easily one? no and yes, she is fragile but is a pain in the ***, she will keep healing her adc and giving you silence and slow, but if you focus on her for a long time, her adc will be free to hit you, the strategy is, try to buy Executioner's Calling on the beginning but if you dont have gold enought, keep your focus on give damage on her and avoid her Q, doing this you not gonna let her cure herself.
Swain
Swain has a huge gap of kill by hitting you with his E, has alot of damage by his Q, and a huge range with his W, pay attention on his E is a in and out skill, and only fight against him into his E cooldown and becarefull with his ultimate, is a large AOE damage.
Taric
Taric is a easy one, his stun is too predictable and you can easily avoid it, he don't have a heal like soraka, so you don't have to buy Executioner's Calling to soon, his ultimate in the majority of the time only gonna use when he or his adc are low to not dying so abuse of it, because his ult has a large cooldown and are slow to put the effect, make he waste his stun and go for the kill after this.
Thresh
Thresh is another exploitable one, try to not let he grab you, he gonna go on the grab and use de Flay (E) to bring you close to his adc, stay behind the minions and go only if his miss the Q.
Tristana
Tristana can kill you Level 3, without her support, her bomb do an a LARGE damage, wait her waste her bomb on the minions, and go to kill her, if she jumps away and stays on the lane, try to kill her again, tristana's jump has a considerable cooldown, if her bombs comeback, backup, wait the bomb explodes and try again, if you not kill her on this process, just try to survive a lane getting a better farm than her, beacuse you will not able to kill her alone, try to coordinate a play with your support or make an ambush.
Twitch
Twitch is like an a Akshan, he can became invisible when he wants, but differently then akshan, twitch has more range than you with his ultimate, and alot of damage with his E, Just wait hes waste his E on the wave and go carefully to get a kill on him, and be alot of Carefully with his back at base, becauce he can came invisible and kill or waste you flash/heal.
Varus
Varus is like an Ezreal, has alot os range is hes abilities, but differently to Ezreal, he has no escape, just try not get hit by his Q's, because will hurt a little and try to avoid or waste his ultimate.
Vayne
Vayne has a great damage by his W passive, but between caitlyn and vayne has a HUGE difference in range, just abuse of this, if she tries to agressive on you with his ultimate, just backup, wait she ultimate ends and agressive back, because he dosen't have more danger to offer on you.
Vel'Koz
Vel'koz has a higher damage based on poke, his ultimate do alot of damage, and you can't avoid but you can minimize the damage avoiding his Q, W and E

Xayah
Xayah has a constantly poke, by his Q, and she gains Attack speed when she activates her W, against her you don't have anything to do, because if you to towards her, she will try to stuns you with E,if she miss the stun she will have the ultimate, you have to try to avoid her stun or burst her without let her uses her ultimate, it's a little difficult but possible.
Unfortunately the lane phase agains xayah is a little bit of boring.
Zilean
Zilean is a easy one, the most hard thing to deal is his bombs, in general the only thing to do is avoid his bombs and give damage to him and his adc, if he ult him or his adc try to kill, and when him or his adc are backing to life put a trap to force his or adc flash, if one of two get caught by the trap, try to kill again.
Zyra
Zyra can be annoying, every skill gives you a considering amount of damage, if she put her plants on lane wait for her plants focus on minions and kill, try to avoid her Q, and her stun E, and when she uses her ultimate you don't have anything to do, just flash because you gonna die, and the most important, don't fight in small places her ultimate is a massive area damage with a knockup in the end.
Alistar

Rell is an a hard tank, his ultimate is pretty strong, brings everyone close to her, she has a hard engane in the horse form and she stuns that puts it on you can save or engage.
Senna
Senna is an a problematic support, she in towards of the game, cathcing souls from minions and monsters, she will have more range than you, and this make more difficult for you to follow her, or ever her AOE stun, she in a majority of the time will work in the frontline to stun someone, she will has to gon on the frontiline for a little of the time to put in use her stun, and this little time can kill you and eventually lose the fight.

Rakan has alot mobility on map, and this mobility he has turns a little hard to follow him over the time, in lane phase is pretty stable, he can give you shield and heal by his Q, he can protect or engage with his ultimate, but in general, you will have some difficulties to follow him on teamfights, because like alistar, he always will wants to jump into the middle of everyone to make more use of his ultimate.
Rell
Rell is an a hard tank, his ultimate is pretty strong, brings everyone close to her, she has a hard engane in the horse form and she stuns that puts it on you can save or engage.
Senna
Senna is an a problematic support, she in towards of the game, cathcing souls from minions and monsters, she will have more range than you, and this make more difficult for you to follow her, or ever her AOE stun, she in a majority of the time will work in the frontline to stun someone, she will has to gon on the frontiline for a little of the time to put in use her stun, and this little time can kill you and eventually lose the fight.
Seraphine
Seraphine is an a essential her poke is constantily, she has shield, slow and a stun in use of her passive, and a ultimate that can save or engage.
Shen
Shen is not a popular one as a support, but if you want to to pickup to play with something different can be shen, to caitlyn shen can offer the W to protect from Auto Attacks and the taunt, but like an a alistar shen has to go on the frontline to put in use his taunt, so from the middle of the game you will not be able to follow him, but he is great to make ambushes.
Sona
Sona has a great damage based on poking, move speed and she can cure you an a while, but in general she can offer you to much only her ultimate that is an stun, lasts a considerable time for you to put your trap underneath but it is 50/50 or she uses to engage or to protect, because a bad use of it maybe cause the death of you two.
Soraka
Soraka is an a walking ambulance, she has annoying poke, a ton of healing with W and global with ultimate, but in general, she only can offer to caitlyn her healing, her silence can help, but in a short time, considering caitlyn is a championthat you will want to fight ina majority of the time, soraka will maybe not be a ideal for it.
Swain
Swain has an a Excelent engage, high poke with his Q and a W if he uses correctly, high damage with ultimate and his E is a great synergy to your trap because he can pull to it, if you miss.
Thresh
Thresh like Swain is an a great champion to engage, his Grab and E, can help you to go towards or disengage, his grab will give you time sufficiently to put your trap, or if you miss he can repositionate the enemy to your trap with E.
Yuumi
Yummi is a poke champion as like as soraka but yummi is a little worst, caitlyn have to get help in damage in the beginning because the less attack speed she has, and yummi will not help you with it, and her ultimate can be a great ultimate but you will not have the attack speed to take full advantage of his ultimate even if you put the trap underneath, as caitlyn you have to put preassure, don't be pressed against the tower.
Zilean
Zilean is a Hard poke champion with the bombs, move speed and slow, but like sona, he is to vunerable and easy to kill, even with hes ultimate, you can put preassure with him but you two are a easy target for anyone, if he ults you, the other one, they gonna wait you to reborn and kill you in the same way.
Zyra
Zyra is ideal for caitlyn, she has a great poke damage with the plants and the Q, an a ultimate that give slow and knockup, an a excelent engage with her sunt that will give you time sufficiently for you to get full advantage of all your kit.

How it i Started on league
I started to play league of legends by recommendation of friends, after they insisted so much, I decided to give a chance to a moba-style game, remembering that at that time I was much more interested in FPS. I didn't like it very much, but after a few matches I got a taste for the thing and kept playing for 1 year as syndra in mid, right in this season I got the diamond I, and after this i got banned for toxicity (and yes i am not proud of this thrust me)
After get banned, i started a new account from zero and again playing on mid, but after got banned, i was not interrested to play on mid anymore, and in this same year, i watch one dude that give inspiration to play as a adc, this guy is BRTT, i watch this dude playing for the team PaiN Gaming, doing a quadra kill with kog'maw in a championship,and that play for me was more than enought for me to try be good as this guy, he inspired me,and here i am today bringing this guide for you by recomendation of a friend, is about as like 5 - 6 years playing with caitlyn, we have alot of things to talk in this guide, so shall we go?
Why you should play with Caitlyn!
When i come from mid lane to bot lane i was searching some champion with a consistence lane phase,that wasn't so hard and not so easy to play, has to be a good champion with a clean and consistence gameplay, and after passing through all the adcarrys i finally found Caitlyn
Caitlyn Caitlyn has a consistence lane phase, she is good against all the tanks and mages on bot, and after the lane phase she don't stops from scaling, with her range and damage, you can easily farm under the tower and clear the wave of minions without problems
She has a medium difficult to learn, you may be confuse with her low attack speed on beginning of the game and her huge range, caiting with her are not to easy, but nothing then some games to understand how works her limits,one thing you have to remember is Caitlyn has a grand potencial to burst and get kill in the majority of the time, the damage you deal on combo of (P) Headshot + (E) 90 Caliber Net + Flash + (Q) Piltover Peacemaker+ Auto Attack + Auto Attack + (don't worry i gonna show you how to do it), with this combo you can do at beginning of game more than 500 damage without noonquiver, with someone get stuned you obviously don't need to flash and you can use W Yordle Snap Trap that adds more that 200 damage, obviously respecting the limits and doing in right time!

Lethal Tempo is the Second of the Four Keystone Runes on Precision tree usable for Caitlyn, now this rune extend your range working like an conqueror when you hit a enemy champion you gain a little of attack speed and when you reach at maximum the rune extand your range, sounds crazy right? yeah and it is, on Caitlyn feels good man!, basicaly dosen't have many things to tell about this one, in the time when i started to make this guide Caitlyn and Lethal Tempo hadn't received rework yet, before Lethal Tempo was not so recommended for caitlyn because the amount of attack speed that you recive when you hit a enemy was short, but now the attack speed that you recive remains on you until you keep a short time without hit any enemie, the intention by picking this rune stays the same, in the champion select you see for exemple Morgana Support, Maokai Top and Pantheon Mid, or any scenario if you get hit by something you be on perma CC until your death, for minimize this kind of situation, you pick up Lethal Tempo to supply attack speed of Berserker's Greaves and Legend: Alacrity, Legend: Tenacity instead Legend: Alacrity on runes and Mercury's Treads instead Berserker's Greaves on items, by doing this you will recive 50% of tenacity, cutting by an a half of entire Crowd Control.

Fleet Footwork is the Third of the Four Keystone Runes on Precision tree usable for Caitlyn, this rune never gonna scale after the lane phase that probably wont last at 15 minutes in game, and you may ask "so why we pick up this rune?" for surviving on lane phase, will have some lane phases that will be impossible to stay on lane to farm even under the tower, Lux, Morgana, Zyra, Soraka Nami, this is some exemples of many hard ones you gonna face, basically this rune work by being recharged when you move on map, and when the rune charges on 100, the next Auto Attack you will heal your, is a small value but helps alot!

Conqueroris the Fourth of the Four Keystone Runes on Precision tree usable for Caitlyn, in all this way, in any point i dont say Conqueror is useless, obviously will be hard to stack Conqueror and your teammates maybe gonna spam ping on you, but due to the conditions Conqueror maybe is useful by the damage you gain when you are stacking, and maybe on teammfight you gonna be stacked and heal yourself a little bit, anyways if you want to try something different dosen't exclude conqueror, maybe be useful, just be sure to play defensively when play with Conqueror, because you will not gonna enjoy all the rune have to offer to you until you stack okay?

Triumph is the Second of the Three Heroism Runes on Precision tree usable for Caitlyn, Triumph will always be the best one to put in use,put on the fact is that Overheal will give you a small shield, by the excess healing you have and some support give to you, and Presence of Mind will give you a recover of mana, but on ranged champion is less than melee,and due the fact that caityln dosen't has an high mana cost on skills, it more worth Triumph , you will recover one little part of your health and gain 20 gold additional, so if you trade kill on lane phase will be not so bad if happens.

Legend: Tenacity is the Second of the Three Legend Runes on Precision tree usable for Caitlyn, and is an a indispensable rune for games that have an grand quantity of CC that gonna screw you up, like i said on Lethal Tempo above, the thing about every adcarry each today is that no one like to think and try different things like, me giving you the option to try Conqueror on Caitlyn, I know that is hard for every adcarry to give up the 53% attack speed from Berserker's Greaves(35%) and Legend: Alacrity(18)(35+18=53),but if you get out alive from any fight with 51% of tenacity from Mercury's Treads (30%) and Legend: Tenacity(30%)(2,5*10=25% + 5% standard = 30&) it is 300 gold less for your adversary or a 1000 gold shutdown, stop and think a little bit out of the box okay?

Legend: Bloodline is the Third of the Three Legend Runes on Precision tree usable for Caitlyn, this rune is good for games that on you gonna need be on teamfight everytime, those games that has more assasins than bruiser or mages that do alot of damage and you inevitable gonna need Immortal Shieldbow to not die for assasins, so for those kind of situation why not include more lifesteal?, you gonna have to much lifesteal that Grievous Wounds from every item that cuts lifesteal gonna have a little more of difficult to handle with your lifesteal, that is 9% of the Legend: Bloodline (0,6*15 = 9%) and 10% of Immortal Shieldbow, and if you want more lifesteal you can add Bloodthirster (20%) in total is 39%, this is gonna do a little work for they XD

Coup de Grace is the First of the Three Combat Runes on Precision tree usable for Caitlyn, in majority of time on bot lane you will be dealing will peel suports, why i know this, well, because no one likes or want to play as tank supports because tank support cannot delete you will 2 skills, and the fact that majority of support players not all of them aim for "cuteness" of the character, and let's be honest all tanks are ugly, excluding Leona but **** it no one like to play with her anyway KEKW, anyways, this rune is for you give more damage when your target are low health, due the fact the every peel support has almost the same base health than you and almost anything of armor, it is a little easy to make him low health.

Cut Down is the Second of the Three Combat Runes on Precision tree usable for Caitlyn, this rune less used by all adcarry's because i don't see anyone use this, it is like Coup de Grace but Cut Down is opposite way, you give more damage if the enemy has more health than you, this rune is perfect for dealing against tanks and bruisers supports.

Nullifying Orb is the First of the Nine Secundary Runes on Sorcery Secondary tree usable for Caitlyn, Nullifying Orb has the intuition to protect you against magic AP,It may seem small the shield this rune give to you but, if you look well is kind a Hexdrinker on runes, this rune give you a magic shiled based on your level + 15% of you AD, if you are going to make Immortal Shieldbow for assasins and need shield magic for heavy AP damage, this rune will give you a huge help.

When you take magic damage that would reduce your health below 30%, gain a shield that absorbs 40-120 magic damage based on level (+ 10% AP) (+ 15% bonus AD) for 4 seconds.
Exemple : The standard first item for Caitlyn is Galeforce, that gives to
you 60 AD, so in the Wiki ways you just do 15% of 60 it is 9, so you gain 40 standard + 9 additional based on your AD = 49, simple right?
Another Example : In level 11 you gain 87 Standard , and assuming you will have at
least Galeforce (60 AD) + Infinity Edge (70 AD), this two items give to you

But what exactly is "+0.15 bonus AD", 0,15 is for every 1 bonus AD you gain, so if there an item that give to you 1 bonus AD you will have 0,15, and you buy an another item that give to you more 1 AD you will have 0,15 + 0,15 = 0,30
You have to have 5 Bonus AD to gain 1 of Magic Shiled point on the rune.
Basically what the game does, he will catch your Additional Damage and multiply for 0,15.
I'm going to use the same examples I gave up there :
The standard first item for Caitlyn is Galeforce, that gives to you 60 AD, In game way it just you multiply 60 for 0,15, 60*0,15 = 9, 40 Standard + 9 = 49 Magic shield.

Bone Plating is the Sixth of the Nine Secundary Runes on Resolve Secondary tree usable for Caitlyn,and yes Resolve has some utility on Marksman, Bone Plating is one of them, this rune will reduce the dame that you recive on three first auto attacks or skill shots or buff abilities such as Nami Tidecaller's Blessing, and every fight on botlane the majority of the damage you take is from the adcarry, so this rune can reduce three auto attacks that maybe save your life

Unflinching
Unflinching is the Ninth of the Nine Secundary Runes on Resolve Secondary tree usable for Caitlyn,Like i said above on disclaimer part right on Legend: Tenacity part, you can exceed the tenacity limit with Unflinching, this rune gives you more tenacity and slow resistence the less health you have,due the fact Marksman dosen't have any armor and magic resistence, so this can save you.

Gain 10% slow resist and tenacity. This increases based on your missing health, up to 30% slow resist and tenacity at 30% maximum health or below.
